Well written, easy to understand. This book can help IT and non IT personnel better understand and communicate with each other. Logically written with real world examples.

This book really hits the nail on the head as this is what our corporation struggles with daily, the gap between the IT and non IT personnel. Sometimes I am so amazed at the IT personnel that they don't understand what we users actually do, but I guess we have no clue to what they do.

We are at a huge crossroad at our company, that is a new Total Transportation System needs to be developed.. Most important is that the IT understand the user's needs, that is the only way the a new system can be sucessful.

This book will be a wonderful resource for all involved in the development of our new system.
