Instead of giving many case scenarios for, the book takes you step by step through one scenario and give you the legal outcomes as well as tweaking the scenario to help explain other tort law concepts. This is key since it makes it very easy to understand the minute differences in the legal theories/concepts. Additionally, the editors gives you key major case law briefs, helping you understand how the legal theories came about. All in all one of the better paralegal books out there.
