I am currently a 1L. My pals and I have been sharing supplements, and we all agree that High Court is the most useful, informative and time-saving series.
The exact three that I can (informedly) recommend are: 1- High Court Case Summaries TORTS (Keyed to Franklin 8th Ed) 2- High Court Case Summaries CRIMINAL LAW (Keyed to Kadish 8th Ed) 3- High Court Case Summaries PROPERTY (Keyed to Dukeminier 6th Ed) Why four stars and not five? Because I'm exhausted and grumpy . . . and at this point the only way a text could earn five stars from me would be if it successfully plugged into and downloaded directly to my cerebral cortex.
