Heat sizzles between Jaci and Cam right from the beginning, and when Chase was added to the mix, it was believable and HOT! I was drawn into their relationship, and the sensual and sex scenes are riveting. The writing of these scenes seems effortless and after reading them, I was struck by how well Lora Leigh writes the physical and emotional connections between hero (or heroes in this case) and heroine. The reasons keeping the lovers apart were viable at first, but grew a little thin. But the book could hold its own with any mainstream romance novel in terms of character development and plot. And it goes way beyond most romances in terms of passion. I'll be reading more of this author for sure!

This is the first book in the bound hearts series that I read, and it may be my last. I agree with what someone said before, Cam was too moody at times and it took too long to find out what his problem was. I grew tired of Jaci saying she didn't want to sleep with both brothers, but then cam gives her some look or tells her some sad story and she falls back in to bed with them both. I think the scenes leading up to threesome were erotic. The actual sex scenes grew repetitive after a while and then seemed painful at times, no matter how hard lora leigh tried to suddenly have jaci enjoying it

I can't even begin to say how much I loved this book. It is an incredibly powerful story. I can say "ditto" to all the amazing things the previous reviewers said. I don't know that I could have said it much better. This story and characters will stay with me for a long time. The overpowering love between Cam and Jaci, the overwhelming and almost psychic bond between twin brothers, and of course the erotic bond between all three of them. Such trust, love and honor through out the entire book. Unexpected and exciting elements at every turn. The extreme love, protectiveness and possessiveness that Cam felt for Jaci was just out of this world. Their need to be everything they possibly could be for each other, including Chase's need to reconnect with a brother that had shut himself off for so long. I absolutely adored how Chase would just miraculously "show up" whenever he could start to feel Chase needing him. Their fierce love and loyalty for each other and also for their woman. I will never forget this story. Great job Lora Leigh!!

I love most of Lora Leigh's books, but this one was just okay. Most of the time her main characters (both male and female) are strong and witty. But this time, I found that Cam was kind of whiny. Don't get me wrong the sexual experiences are well written and very hot, I just prefer a guy who's not so torn about what he wants.

I'm not always in the mood for a graphic novel... but Lord bless a graphic novel that can put you in the mood!!
I have a general tendency to skip over sex scenes in romance-type novel due to their "same-old, same-old" kind of scene... you know, "throbbing member" and "delicate flower." Boring is one thing this novel is not. Of course, it IS very explicit... right from the first 20 pages... but it's just so darn good! (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-09-12 03:27:52 EST)

I never thought I would give a so-so review on a Lora Leigh book however, I need to say this was way to long and seemed to repeat itself over and over. After awhile I found myself asking the question, who cares about Cam??? Get on with it and over it....
On a more positive note, this is Lora Leigh and I love her books, so...if you are a die hard fan like me you might enjoy it. (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-08-18 01:34:59 EST)

I like the Bound Heart series, Ian/Courtney (Bound Hearts: Shameless Embraces (Books 6 and 7)being one of my favorites so it was nice to see them again in this story. I liked Jaci's character - a strong woman for the most part that stood up for herself. The guys though...not enough development of Chase's character. It was like he was just hanging out there and brought into the story when he was needed for the sex scenes. Cam's character was too much of a whiner for my taste. He had it rough as a kid and that consequently drove him to repeatedly push Jaci away. The strong brooding man...it didn't come across well in the writing. Seemed a little forced. Overall, the book was ok but there are better in the Bound Hearts series. Gave it three stars for the sex scenes and Jaci's character.

I really loved this book but the story wasn't as good as the other Forbidden pleasures. I think it was because one of the men didn't love the girl. When reading menages or more than three I prefer if both the men adore and claim the girl. In this novel I didn't sense that. That said its still a great book and I would recommend it.

Once again Lora delivers another winner. The sexual power she consistantly outputs is prolific. The sheer erotic energy is staggering. What more can I say other than I wish Com and Chase would come to my bed. Two men at the same time is fantastic, but twin brothers is something extra. I can't get enough of Lora. I can also recommend Surrender and if you like red hot and raunchy short stories, then 100 Percent Erotica will get you up to boiling point for sure

I use to LOVE Lora Leigh books but they are becoming TOO predictable and the formula she uses in her books is too obvious. This book was sort of like The Men of August books thrown into 1 book with a silly plot.
For starters, Cam and his obsession with Jaci - everyone is sooo scared he will kill anyone who hurts her!! The people who "hurt" her were gossiping about her so him wanting to kill them was WAY over the top. A simple lawsuit would have ended everyone's problems. Cam isn't coming off as a strong alpha male - he's more like psycho in need of in-patient therapy and strong medication!! His background check which reveals she's on the pill so he knows he doesn't have to use condoms??? That's not sexy, that's "call the cops, the man's a stalker" Also, why must ALL women in LL books wear thongs and their men DEMAND they go Brazilian!!! Can't they own a cute pair of boy shorts or bikinis??? And why are these tortured souls always 20 something men lusting after underage girls counting the days until these girls turn 18??? I think Lora Leigh needs to stop cranking out books so quickly and maybe take a vacation to relax and get some new ideas!! (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-06-28 09:22:41 EST)

Love LL but the storyline in this novel dragged on to the point where I didn't care why Cam was the way he was...I found myself caring more for the other twin Chase and how he was effected by all of Cam's drama. I put myself in the heroines place and when Cam told her "just say No and it stops" I found myself hoping she would say no so we can have a new interesting development. The reasoning behind the menages were lost on me and I found myself putting the book down several times and picking it back up later. I read 'Forbidden' and then immediately bought this book and 'Forbidden' is much much better.

I agree with some of the other reviewers. The story and sex were repeats of earlier books, nothing new. The problems these love birds face are just plain silly. Their is a lot of whinning in this book. Not sexy.

I love Lora Leigh's Bound Hearts series. This book is definitely a keeper. with that said, I was a bit disappointed. I had hoped for a HEA for all 3. My favorite erotica romance book is Forbidden Pleasures (book 8) and I have to admit when I read that there were twins in this story, my heart rate spiked. I had dreams that Lora Leigh had been able to show how it can work again. I still enjoyed the story and will continue to pre-order just about anything she writes. She seems to understand men and women, especially their dark sides, better than most authors.

The writing itself was elementary. The plot wasn't even properly developed before the main character ends up in bed with BOTH brothers at the same time. She is supposedly a 28 year old virgin who upon her first time loses all inhibition and jumps in bed with both brothers - this all within the fist 20 pages. Then while in the sac the brothers end up double penetrating the young(or old) virgin. Highly unrealistic and highly unlikely. The story develops into a "when are they gonna end up in bed again" novel. There is no real story and beyond that it makes you feel dirty. The idea of a woman having sex with two brothers, then at the same time is sick. Then to think that one will actually end up in love with her is even more unrealistic.

Jaci Wright has been running both to and from the Falladay twins since she was a teen. Right from the beginning, Jaci felt a pull to Cameron (Cam) and was determined to be the one to make him smile. One night a newly adult Jaci learned that Cam and his twin, Chase were a two for one deal. She made a choice to run that night.
Cam and Chase Falladay have been keeping track of Jaci through the years and now Jaci is being hired to work at the club they do investigations for. Cam knows that now he will be able to fulfill all the feelings and wants he has ever had for Jaci. Chase, as usual, is waiting for Cam to take charge of Jaci but he is fully ready to step in if he needs to. Jaci will not escape them again. However, the world they live in has many dark secrets and some of them have attached themselves to Jaci. Cam and Chase are willing to step in and take care of the problem - if Jaci would just let them. As Jaci, Cam and Chase circle and try to protect each other, another dark secret from the past has come to light. Now Jaci, Cam and Chase will need every ounce of love, trust and understanding to make it through, or will the past destroy the future for them? Just in case you were wondering, Wicked Pleasure smolders and makes you sweat with the eroticism from start to finish. Jaci has wanted Cameron ever since they were young kids. But when she was faced with his darker needs, Jaci walked away. Now years later, Jaci has met back up with Cam and Chase and it seems that nothing has changed, not the passion, the wanting or the dark needs. I could not stop wanting to help Cam myself as I read about what had caused him to have those needs. When Jaci, Cam and Chase are together the scenes are both erotic and red hot, however I was struck just as much by the other passion when Jaci and Chase worked together and individually to try and help Cam. Wicked Pleasures took me through a dark and painful past, on to an erotic threesome, and finally to a healing love. Grab a comfy chair while it takes you there too. Okay, I have to say this right off of the bat---this is only the second book in the Bound Hearts "series" by Lora Leigh that I've read, but Holy Crap Batman!! what a book! The last (and first for me)was Forbidden Pleasure--a fabulous book, and one that definitely stands on its own. Wicked Pleasure however, while being a stand alone contender as well, brings in characters from previous stories and integates them well. Courtney is hilarious--and a force to be dealt with. Speaking of forces to be dealt with.......Cam...mmmm....Chase....mmm.....
Sorry, took a moment there. Where was I? Oh yes, the Falladay twins. God love 'em---there should be more like them in the world. Cam and Chase have more emotion and honestly FEEL more than other men, so to even be involved with either brother a woman needs to be strong enough to fight her own battles, but smart enough to know when to have those battles fought for her. That woman is Jaci Wright. She is a woman from whom lessens could be learned. Fearlessly loving and accepting two very different men is a complicated matter, and the author allows us to see the turmoil of each member. Cam and Jaci and Chase are a good combination. They hold the story well. To divulge any specific details would ruin what I believe would be an enlightening experience. Do not deny yourself. Exploring a different world (albeit vicariously) can be a wonderful way to pass the time. Enjoy. (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-06-03 01:21:20 EST)

I eagerly anticipated the arrival of this book after pre-ordering it several months ago. I was not disappointed. The story line and plot are well written and as usual, the sex is HOT. The ONLY reason I didn't give this book 5 stars was the editing. I found that towards the end, certain scenes just didn't jive with how the previous storyline had been written. There was a menage scene towards the end where it almost seemed the Falladay twins were trying to "convince" Jaci to relax and enjoy what was happening as if it were the first time they were seducing her. She had already been with them in 3 previous menages so this just didn't flow with what had previously happened. Also, after having unprotected sex with Cam on MANY previous occasions and having established that they were both safe to do so, all of a sudden Cam dons a condom in a very heated moment....WHY?? They had previously determined they were both disease free and that she was on birth control. It just kind of threw the story off for me. Without spoiling the ending, I also wish there would have been more information given as to Chase's relationship with a certain character who he was "fond" of so I could really believe the twist at the end which led to the resolution of the problems for Jaci. There was never any indication throughout the whole book that Cam or Chase even knew of this character until the end. It made Cam's actions and Chase's emotions less believeable because of this lack of history. I also wish there would have been more of a happy ending for Chase as it seemed he was going to be the fifth wheel in the relationship at the end. I LOVE LL's Tempting Seals series and am eagerly anticipating the third book in the Nauti series. I've ordered Forbidden Pleasures and look forward to reading it as well as Wild Card and Macey's story in the Tempting Seals series. Keep up the good work LL!! Your books are excellent!

I have been a Lora Leigh fan since her early Elloras Cave days, but I must say that I am a bit disappointed that she couldn't find something fresh and new to add to her prolific writings. Wicked Pleasure is basically Marly's Choice with 2 brothers instead of 3 and an evil aunt instead of an evil uncle. The erotic scenes were mediocre, not particularly hot. I expect more from Ms. Leigh.
It also appears to me that in most of her writings, the female has been in love with the male(s) since they were quite young (usually pre teen) and the male was several years older (6 years or more) - this one is no different. I know this is erotica and not a typical romance, but I really didn't get the sense of an ending here, happily ever after or otherwise. It seems as though she left Chase hanging in the wind. Jaci didn't strike me as too bright and she was a bit too ambiguous for my taste. I hope that there won't be a sequel and that the next novel Lora writes bring us something new and exciting as were her earliest works. I haven't given up faith - it's just on hold. Jaci Wright has loved Cameron Falladay as long as she could remember. When she was thirteen, she told her dark knight in no uncertain terms to wait for her to grow up that she loved him, and would always make the bad things go away. Shortly after her twenty first birthday, she had offered herself and her virginity to him, but when she couldn't be with both he and his twin Chase, he turned her away. Seven years later was the next time Jaci was in the presence of Chase and Cam. She had taken a job her friend Courtney Sinclair had requested she relocate to Virginia for. The twins were also in Virginia, and both still wanted her, but could easily see the differences in her. She was no longer full of fire, and the force of nature they were used to. She guarded her privacy, avoided getting involved with anyone, and most disturbing she had built a wall around herself that no one had been able to penetrate.
Congressman Richard and Annalee Roberts have been tormenting Jaci for the past five years. They virtually blackballed her in every social circle, threatened her, and made everyone hesitant to hire her as an interior designer. Cam wanted to know why she didn't defend herself, and why she was constantly running. Jaci in turn couldn't trust Cam because he wasn't being honest with her either. There were old demons in him that kept him from wholly being with her. Those devils had been there for years, but he was more closed off to her emotionally now. Even with all the issues threatening their fragile relationship, Jaci couldn't resist Cam and Chase. Together, they showed her the intense pleasure she had denied herself in the past. Jaci and Cam are well written characters that you will become completely immersed in. Cam has a tortured soul, and his ability to deal with his past is paramount if he hopes to have any kind of future especially one that includes Jaci. Jaci is a complex character, but the one constant in her life is the love she has for Cam. She is strong, and even though it tears her heart, she is able to tell Cam that she needs all of him not just bits and pieces. A good story that will be hard to put down until you are finished. ------SPOILER ALERT------
If you are familiar with Shayla Black's erotic novel Decadent, then you will see a lot of similarities. There is no permanent ménage love relationship, just sharing, so Chase becomes a third wheel. I was expecting something along the lines of LL's Forbidden Pleasure, but it never said that on the back cover, so the joke's on me. Cam and Chase are brooding, hunky twins, and a night of passion has Jaci balking at her feelings, and Cam pushes her away. This seems to be a pattern in LL's books in the prologues, and it's becoming very annoying. I love LL's heroines, for being intelligent and confident enough to know what they want, but someone who worries what others will think because she doesn't have a vanilla sex life is rather ridiculous. As for all of those rumors because of the social network they were privy to, it seemed ludicrous that grownups would place so much faith on busybodies, and past histories that were none of their business. It happens in real life every day, but it doesn't mean it should happen. These were all grownups, and all the gossiping was worse than a group of giggling teenage girls at lunch. The sex is hot as always, but if anyone is looking for a HEA, yes, it's there, but after what happens at the climax of the plot, and Cam being apalled Jaci learns about his past, the ending left a bitter taste in my mouth. Jaci got her man, but it didn't leave me wanting more. (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-05-19 01:20:39 EST)

Seven years ago, Jaci ran from the two men who meant more to her than anything, unsure whether she could handle their extreme sexual predilections. She knew she wanted Cam - she always had - but Cam and his twin brother Chase together? Ménage? No, she'd certainly never expected that.
Jaci travels to Virginia to do a decorating job for her best friend, Courtney Sinclair, and swiftly finds herself chin deep in the secretive group that the Sinclairs and the Falladay twins are an integral part of. Cam and Chase make it clear from the start that they have every intention of seducing Jaci into their bed and their lives, and this time, Jaci finds it impossible to resist the sexy brothers. But both Cam and Jaci have secrets that threaten to tear their precarious relationship apart. They must learn to open up to each other if their newfound relationship is to survive. When I first discovered Lora Leigh's work almost two years ago, the BOUND HEARTS series was one of the first I read - no, make that devoured - by this author. Infused with wicked sensuality and raw emotions, this series gained its following because it is about more than sheer sexual titillation. Underneath it all, each story is about the unselfish love the men of `The Club' have for the women in their lives. Each of the stories in this series is chock full of the steamiest ménage love scenes you will find in a romance novel. Ms. Leigh's newest release for the BOUND HEARTS saga, WICKED PLEASURE, only kicks that steam up a few more degrees! I guarantee you that sexy twins Cam and Chase Falladay will make your temperature rise in the very best of ways... *grin* Their relationship with Jaci dates back to their childhood friendship, which serves well to increase the trust Jaci has for the two men who are intent on pleasuring her simultaneously. And really, that's the core of the Bound Hearts books - trust. Without trust, neither Jaci nor the other heroines in these books could indulge in the sexual games their men immerse them in. Jaci is the kind of heroine you want to stand up and cheer for. While she has endured both pain and social destruction at the hands of her enemies, she has weathered it all with considerable decorum and diplomacy. Of course, that doesn't mean she simply lets them walk all over her. Oh no, Jaci has a plan to strip her foes of any power they have over her or her life and show the dastardly duo to the world as the deviants they truly are. The trick is to accomplish her mission before Cam takes matters into his own hands. This strong, independent woman is determined to handle things on her own. With a heart of gold apparent even in her early childhood and a spine of steel, it is no stretch to imagine just why Cam loves Jaci so much. As for Cam and Chase, I daresay they could seduce even the most staid woman with barely a crook of their finger. Together, the sexuality the twins exude melts the ink right off the pages, but even on his own, Cam easily ensnares the heart and stirs the desire of both Jaci and the reader. Despite the trauma he suffered when he was younger, Cam wants to give the woman he loves every part of himself, no matter how long it takes him to get there. If it were any woman other than Jaci, who was the child that gave him what he needed most at his lowest point before becoming the woman who gives him unconditional love and trust, I don't believe he could have opened up as he did and let go the pain of his past. The history Jaci and Cam share together make it possible to believe it as his emotional scars heal in her tender arms. WICKED PLEASURE is a whirlwind of sensual delight and deep emotion. Readers will be swept off their feet by the same hunger and passion Lora Leigh's characters experience as they find themselves unable to put this potent story down until they reach the very last page! **Courtesy of Wild on Books** Series Order: Ties That Bind (Bound Hearts, Book 1) Bound Hearts: Submission & Seduction (Books 2 and 3) Wicked Sacrifice (Books 4 and 5) Bound Hearts: Shameless Embraces (Books 6 and 7) Forbidden Pleasure (Bound Hearts, Book 8) Wicked Pleasure (Bound Hearts), Book 9 (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-05-17 01:55:10 EST)

**Courtesy of Wild on Books** (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-05-14 01:52:44 EST)

Jaci Wright grew up in the same Oklahoma town as the Falladay twins, Chase and Cameron. The men were a few years older than Jaci but that didn't stop her from yearning for Cameron Falladay with all the innocence of a girl's first crush. As she grew older, the yearning turned to love and while she thought she was old enough and ready to accept what Cameron wanted from her, she balked and ran. Seven years later, Jaci is finished running. Her career has brought her back into contact with these handsome and wicked twins and Jaci knows exactly what she is getting into this time.
Cameron Falladay had no choice but to grow up quickly. Holding himself responsible for keeping Chase out of harm's way, Cameron doesn't allow anyone into his heart. Once long ago, a tiny auburn haired waif promised she would wait for him forever. Cameron decides with one look at the grown up and mature Jaci that she is his for the taking. And takes her he does. With his brother by his side, Cam shows Jaci every wicked and sexually enticing thing she missed by running seven years ago. Cameron and Jaci begin their forbidden affair with their eyes open - and Chase waiting in the wings. While the society in which they move usually turns a blind eye, there are some who don't. Tales are told, gossip is whispered, and while Jaci strives to not let vicious rumors and innuendos bother her, she can't help but hear what others are saying. Loving Cameron as much as she does, Jaci doesn't want to give up what they have together. Will Cameron be able to give her what she needs? And what she needs is his heart and his love - forever. Every time I pick up a Lora Leigh book, I admittedly have high expectations that I won't be able to put it down. WICKED PLEASURE delivered such an experience. The next seven hours of my life were spent completely engrossed in this tale. From reading Ms. Leigh's early Bound Hearts novels released through Ellora's Cave, I knew to expect a marvelously written storyline with dynamically portrayed characters. Cameron Falladay is one of the most complex male characters I have ever experienced. The victim of a horrible, mind numbing past, he spends the consecutive years after reaching adulthood striving to get over and away from anything that reminded him of his youth. The only bright point in his life? His memories of Jaci Wright. She alone made him feel whole, and once he realizes this he stops running. Jaci Wright is beautifully written as well. Shy, hesitant, but completely in love with Cameron, she is willing to accept what parts of himself he is able to give. Is she submissive? Not in the least. Jaci is smart and knows that deep down inside Cam loves her. She just had to find the way to make him realize his feelings. Her fortitude and unconditional love is what amazed me the most. As the ninth installment to Lora Leigh's Bound Hearts series, WICKED PLEASURE lives up to its title. Wicked, intense, suspenseful - this book has it all and more! From beginning to end I was carried away and exposed to emotions that I can't even describe. Just know that Cameron and Jaci's story is one that shouldn't be missed. Even if no other installments have been read, WICKED PLEASURE is a standalone and can be read out of order. Readers won't want to miss a word of this tempting and provocative novel. WICKED PLEASURE will release from St. Martin's on May 13, 2008. My copy is already pre-ordered and paid for! ***Natasha Smith for Romance Junkies*** (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-05-17 01:55:10 EST)
