Is a very intresting tool for the people who love wine like me, and need to go deep into the wine production. In this book it is all the small details that are in the process, from the grapes fermentation to the botteling and labeling, it is a step by step covering everything you need to now to make your own wine at home. It is very profesional edition. Thank's God my wife and me will get our own firt bottles of the wine for the holidays this year, and everybody in the family will take one.
