In The Final Move Beyond Iraq, Mike Evans addresses the greatest threat America has faced since the Civil War: the Islamic revolution, or Islamofascism. While the United States debates the best way to solve the situation in Iraq, the terrorists are claiming victory and planning to take their show to American soil once again. Drawing from extensive interviews with prime ministers, CIA directors, and other insiders, Evans looks at the history and ideology behind the Islamic revolution to explore its very real threat to U.S. interests --why radical Islamic terrorists will only step back when they fear us, why victory in Iraq is important to U.S. security, why the United States and Israel cannot sit idly by and let Iran achieve its desire for nuclear weapons, and why stabilization in Iraq now would sound defeat rather than victory. The Final Move Beyond Iraq is a wake-up call to mobilize millions to action. America is fighting for its life in the first war of the twenty-first century.

My mother-in-law handed this book to my wife to read. I found this book lying in the toilet (which is exactly where it belongs) on the pot because my wife started reading it. So I decided to browse through the introduction section and boy was I "NOT" surprised to find such garbage.
The author's target audience are those Americans who have no prior knowledge of history of US policies abroad. These are the people who are easy targets for such propaganda. Ronald Reagan famously warned that the Nicaraguans were only "2 days from Brownsville, Texas" implying that if we don't take care of the Sandinistas we might face the Nicaraguan army on US soil. Most "informed" public in the US are also aware of the Communist threat and the wars fought over such fear mongering. This book is an extension of such propaganda from the right-wing of this country. A small example is present right at the beginning of this book in the Introduction: On December 6, 2006, James Baker and Lee Hamilton released the Iraq Study Group Report on what their bipartisan commission believes should be done in Iraq. In it they recommended that: - the Golan Heights be returned to Syria (a terrorist state); - Judea and Samaria be given to a terrorist-led government (the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority); - Iran and Syria be invited to the negotiating table as a "support group" with no preconditions and UN resolutions against those two nations forgotten; - right-of-return into Israel be given to Palestinians (terrorists) in Lebanon; - Israel be required to return to pre-1967 borders (which would mean the dividing of Jerusalem); - the UN be allowed to determine the destiny of Iran?s nuclear program (which would, in my opinion, guarantee Iran with the bomb in a matter of a few years); - and amnesty be granted to terrorists (insurgents) who slaughtered American soldiers in Iraq. ---- I will now point out the fallacies and ridiculously disingenuous method of writing of the above points: 1) The author refers to Syria as a "terrorist state" in parentheses which is not from the ISG report in order to reiterate to the reader which side we should be on, on the issue of Golan Heights i.e. Israel's. Obviously an ignorant reader doesn't know the illegal status of Israel's occupation of Golan Heights according to the UN Charter. 2) Judea and Samaria - Typical Biblical propaganda from the American Christian right and the Zionists who depend on them for their occupation of Palestine. The above territory is now known as the "West Bank" but the author tries to stir up religious emotions of the reader by referring to their beloved bible in order to grant silent legitimacy to Israel for their occupation. The other lie is the fact that this point doesn't feature in the ISG because a) It wasn't proposed in such a way b) Hamas is in control of Gaza not West Bank 3) Iran and Syria negotiations: What are the authors preconditions? What right do we have to place preconditions on these states for negotiations? Isn't that the purpose of negotiations to make the other side agree to some conditions? 4) Right of return for "terrorists" - This is my favorite. The word "terrorists" is placed next to Palestinians. You don't need to have knowledge of history to know that this is not only illogical but WRONG to label all palestinians as terrorists. The other aspect of this is those refugees were driven out through systematic deportation in 1948 by Ben-Guiron and gang which is now being found out after Israel opened up its archives in the last 2 decades. So much for a state formed to save a population from persecution! 5) Israel and pre-1967 borders and dividing of Jerusalem: For am American who is well content with the fact that his own country was formed through occupation, it won't be hard to make him digest this idea. Pre-1967 borders means the armistice lines drawn after 1948 war when the UN Security Council determined the rights of State of Israel. Ironically the author fails to bring up the innumerable resolutions passed by UN against Israeli occupation of "Judea and Samaria" like he does for Iran 6) UN be allowed to determine Iran's nukes: Its not as uncommon for right-winged pundits to promote unilateral action circumventing the rules and regulations followed by the International Community through the UN. We are Americans, we don't need to follow rules because they're for everyone else. Hey Mike, do you want to talk about Israel's 200 nuclear warheads which is a fact admitted by the CIA? 7) Amnesty for insurgents: These insurgents happen to be Iraqi citizens fighting against occupation by a foreign country. They also happen to have the support of the bulk of the population. I don't remember reading the word "amnesty" anywhere in the ISG report but we can't expect anything better from Mike Evans. The ISG report calls for formation of a unity government between Sunnis and Shias which if not done will lead to further violence. That isn't amnesty but a logical approach. However, promoters of the Wild West style democracy want to punish everybody for fighting America who btw lied their way to Baghdad. The book is full of such ridiculous comments, lop sided reviews and misquoted texts (with parentheses) designed to promote an agenda and brainwash an already ignorant reader. I didn't even want to give this book a star but I clicked on it accidentally. (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-06-30 06:39:36 EST)

"The Final Move Beyond Iraq" by Mike Evans was the best mistake order I ever made. My husband has not put it down. He says it is enlightening and in depth with interviews with dignitaries of other countries, not often seen or heard.

I like this book even though it is more chicken little extremism. I was initially interested in the book because I listened to the author on a talk radio show and found his points interesting. An assistant of his even answered some questions I had via email and offered to send me a free copy. Not long into reading the book I found some contradictions to his claims and tried emailing with questions. At first I got reasonable answers, but after a while I think the questions became to difficult and required thinking out of the paranoia box. In particular I asked the author about what he thought about the over throw of the democratically elected Iranian leadership in the 1950s and wondered if that might be a reason we've had such trouble with Iran. The question was brushed off.

2005-07, when it still seemed likely that George Bush would expand the war in Iraq to Iran, religion-based pundits, megachurch preachers and other asortments of Christian authors created a boom in apocalyptic, Bomb Iran Now books. "The Final Move Beyond Iraq" by Mike Evans probably didn't get the same amount of PR as the latest cash cow by John Hagee, but its vision is just as frightening. Evans is part of the religious right-wing club that makes excuses for imperialism by sounding the alarm off on phantom threats like Iran's "nukes" and despite the fact that the U.S. military is essentially "broken" according to Colin Powell, they are desperately pleading for yet ANOTHER war in the Middle East. Evans is a favorite on Fox News, which should tell you something about the accuracy in his work, but let's just judge his book for what it has to say. According to Evans, the current situation involving Iraq, Iran and the occupied territories in Israel are all part of some larger plan pushing us ever closer to the Apocalypse and Second Coming of Christ. Israel is of course considered by Evans and his ilk as "God's Chosen," and us, who use Israel as a client state in the region, are therefore destined to protect Israel no matter what, not for strategic purposes, but because it's God's will, this includes needing to bomb Iran and destabilize an already volatile region. Evans, like Hagee, ignores basic modern history, presents flimsy "evidence" and coded Bible talk and interpretations (how can anyone really know what a guy in a 2,000 year old world was seeing, he wouldn't even know how to describe a helicopter, so therefore his visions could mean anything) to promote a neocon agenda of military expansionism and colonialism. The main target of the book is of course Muslim anger towards the U.S. and Israel, with Evans fully ignoring Israeli atrocities in Gaza and the West Bank or the fact that it's been proven more than once that Iraq was invaded based on false information. Evans like his colleagues takes a few looks at ancient Persian history, never exploring Middle Eastern history from say, the 1950s or 1960s, when we actively overthrew democratic, progressive governments in Iran and Pakistan. Evans also fails to explain how close U.S. client states like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan will participate in the glorious coming war, in fact, Evans doesn't even mention if anything will even happen to the U.S. domestic population (we wouldn't want to see Hagee's or Kenneth Copeland's mansions get blown up right?). The evidence Evans presents for attacking Iran is based on mostly outdated sources or "Israeli intelligence" that has now been mostly disproven, unless Evans believes the NIE report is some sort of conspiracy against his glorious leader, George W. Bush, a pity the book was published before that crucial bit of intelligence was released. Look deep into "The Final Move Beyond Iraq" and you'll see the hidden agenda of the neocons wrapped in a religious flag: Israel is the only good guy in the Middle East, superficially because Jews are "God's Chosen," but in reality because they are a vital client state for U.S. interests, Iran needs to be stopped because of its nuclear program, eventhough Israel already has nukes as well as U.S.-ally, and hotbead of radical Islamists, Pakistan. This is important, crucial information Evans conveniently leaves out. This is the typical kind of hollow propaganda used to whip-up a frenzy among religious devotees desperately waiting for deliverance from this "liberalized" culture, it is also a useful tool to make lots of money off of people's current worries, but in the end, it's just bad writing, bad history, and not worth a dollar, much less $14 and up.

So many typos in my edition that I'm not sure they were typos or just incorrectly stated facts. Very poorly written, almost like author tried to cut and paste individual sentences that didn't quite work together. I truly wonder if I somehow received a proof copy or some other pre market copy. Very odd. These points aside though, author has some ideas worth noting.

Gift for the bride who says the account appears factual with interesting in-sights into the situation in the Middle East. The book subscribes to a solution that sending more working class kids into an invasion of Iran will enhance the ideals of Western democracy and prevent one group trying to dominate the other, removing the Great Satan and all that. Thanks George, it really wasn't really about the oil reserves.

I finally learned my lesson to 'not buy a book based solely on its cover' with this recent impulse-buy at an airport bookstore. The Final Move Beyond Iraq: The Final Solution While the World Sleeps, Mike Evan's wake-up call to gullible Americans, had me disappointed by the end of his Introduction. Evans totally disconnected with me when he referred to the war in Iraq as being 'the initial battle in The World War Against Terrorism' and then went on to declare that the book was written to be a companion guide for twenty-one days of prayer and bible study!
I knew that I'd been duped but I continued to read anyway. Evans dedicated his first chapter to establishing reasons for our current situation in Iraq by quoting biblical prophecy and right wing rhetoric, establishing his foundations of a new Crusade! His next chapter then laid out his plans for the recalibration of America's moral compass by the Christian Right. Then his subsequent chapters used every cliché and stereotype that exists to build his case for The Final Solution, The Battle for the Soul of America, War with Iran and the Nuclear Bomb of Islam. Before losing all patience, I checked the credibility of the book's Appendices, which filled the last third of the book, only to find, not surprisingly, that they were rather selective and hardly journalistic, among them interviews with a military analyst for Fox News, a former Chief of Staff of Israeli Defense Forces and 'America's most public Jewish defender.' At least they included the counter perspective of last year's letters to President Bush and the American People from Iranian President Ahmadinejad. Don't waste your time on this book as I did. You can get a balanced picture of where we are today by reading Reese Erlich's new book The Iran Agenda: The Real Story of U.S. Policy and the Middle East Crisis or get a fascinating history of revolutionary Iran from Elaine Sciolino's Persian Mirrors: The Elusive Face of Iran, beginning with the 1979 Embassy hostage crisis through today's ongoing fight for that country's future. Bob Magnant is the author of The Last Transition... - a fact-based novel about Iran, Iraq and the Middle East... (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-12-24 08:32:35 EST)

On page 164 the author claims that Bin Laden purchased 48 nuclear suitcases but his note number 44 states that Bin Laden MAY have nukes.
The author may be writing more than he knows. There is enough danger out there as it is, Mr. Evans does not need to over do it by turning terrifying possibilities into facts, he will lose credebility and the book will lose its' effectiveness. (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-11-13 08:24:44 EST)

This is a very good book that really helps to put the whole issue of what our world is facing in the future in the war on terror. When you look at the events over the past few years individually, they don't mean much. But Mike Evans does a great job of lining them all up end to end and uses Bible references to point out how close we are to the end times.

THE FINAL MOVE BEYOND IRAQ is relevant, insightful, and alarming. Mike Evans goes to great lengths to document his observations and support his conclusions. I appreciate the historical accuracy and honesty of his writing. He successfully (mostly) separates his personal views from the historical record which makes his analysis more objective, honest, and credible.
As believers, we know that God's timepiece is Israel and the final battles of destruction will occur in the Middle East. After reading FINAL MOVE, all of this appears a great deal closer than it did before. Evans details the historic struggles of Persia, now Iran, Iraq, Israel, and the other Middle Eastern states and kingdoms tracing their grudges and disputes to today's conflicts. Across the broad sweep of history, he helps put the current disasters in context. These are ancient religious struggles reaching tumultuous climax, even though they involve our sons and daughters from a new world actor (the U.S.). Sunni against Shiites, and both against Israel and the United States. For those of us who lived during Carter's dreadful Presidency, the book revisits the pain that marked those awful years. We also see the legacy of Reagan's leadership, honor and courage having preserved the peace and advanced the cause of liberty throughout the world. These are dangerous times and Evans has done an important job putting the trumpet to his lips to rally the faithful. (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-09-11 02:24:51 EST)

Brilliantly written, this is a wake up call for America. Every thought provoking word had sense of urgency calling believers to humble ourselves before the Lord and pray for our nation as never before. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into this book, all the risks you took to bring the truth to Americans and the world alike. You are a blessing, Mike Evans!!! God bless you!!!

An impressive read!
This book is a much needed wake-up call to those Americans who might still be in denial about the precarious status of today's world and the grave danger terrorist groups pose as they seek to bring their unique brand of violence to America. In "The Final Move Beyond Iraq," Evans tells it like it is, giving the reader the cold, hard facts. He unabashedly reveals the truth about the war in Iraq and Iran's role in it. The book presents the players and politics of the war, while covering critical issues that go "beyond Iraq." The reader is provided with valuable insights concerning the role of indirect or less visible participants in the war, including Syria, Russia, Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas and al-Qaeda, for instance. The typical news report does not explain the how and why of matters, but Evans does. He gives the average person a penetrating view, without being confusing or overwhelming. Evans gets right to the heart of matters, while illuminating the issues. One of the most enlightening points he makes is the importance of understanding the unfamiliar culture, extremist methodology, and the unyielding mindset of terrorists who wish to destroy Israel and the United States. All Americans should read this book, in order to be shaken out of their complacency regarding the treacherous ambitions of those who have elected to be our enemies. It is an extraordinarily informative, succinct, yet comprehensive book. It has my highest recommendation. (For information on the lethal stratagem of those in power in Iran today and to learn how and why the US and Israel are targets of their terrifying agenda, I earnestly suggest that you also read "Showdown with Nuclear Iran" by Michael Evans with Jerome Corsi) (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-09-11 02:24:51 EST)

Regarding the issue of war, my own soul is torn between sadness and compassion for ones enemies on the one hand, and the pragmatic need to kill them on the other hand for the sake of freedom and survival. On the one hand, the "Christian" is implored to "turn the other cheek" while on the other hand, he tends to forget the writings of David and the other psalmists who penned imprecations against their recalcitrant enemies. As sad as it might be, there is a need for war because there is such a thing as evil. Moral relativists "don't get it" because they can't grasp the existence and nature of evil. Understandably they would give negative responses to his book. Mike Evans gives a relatively well documented history of events that led up to the present crisis with Iran. His argument that war with Iran is inevitable and justified is compelling.

"The Final Move Beyond Iraq" comes to a well-reasoned conclusion, given that it gets everything backwards. Evans fails to see the U.S. track record of destabilizing Iran (eg. fomenting the 1950s overthrow of its elected leader for wanting a larger share of BP's profits), antagonizing Islamists for creating a large military base within Saudi Arabia (and further acerbating the insult by stationing females there without Islamic headgear), supporting despot leaders in the Middle East (including Hussein), and a long-standing extreme bias towards Israel. Instead, he sees the Muslim world's negative reaction towards these actions, and proposes that we perpetuate and escalate the problem with greater force and resolve.
Meanwhile, the problem worsens despite all the actions recommended by Evans - eg. the NYPD's recent report that "home-grown" terrorists are becoming a major threat. (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-09-11 02:24:51 EST)

A very timely book and warning that needs to be heard and understood by every country in the world.
The left in all countries should all be exposed for the charletons and traitors that they are. The only way these things can be stopped is by the Christians of the world and the US in particular to pray and for Israel to continue in her strength to shrug her shoulders at the worlds erroneous opinions Im an Australian but i say God Bless America, for without her as the stopgap between Islam and Christianity we will all suffer. Islamic terrorism must be stopped. (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-09-11 02:24:51 EST)

Part One of this illuminating book is titled The Present Struggle. Chapter One examines biblical prophecy on the end times, the ancient history of the Middle East, the origin of Shia Islam, the story of Esther and Mordechai in the Book of Esther and various passages from the Book of Revelation. In this regard, I highly recommend Ruth & Esther: Shadows of Our Future by Frank Morgan as supplementary reading.
Chapter Two deals with the Left-Liberal onslaught on America's Judeo-Christian values, showing how this bankrupt leftist ideology is waging spiritual warfare against the country and why it hates Israel, Christians and the Bible. This is the real cause of Bush Derangement Syndrome and these leftists hated Ronald Reagan as much as they hate President Bush. Please consult Unhinged: Exposing Liberals Gone Wild by Michelle Malkin and What's Left? by Nick Cohen to learn just how deranged some of these people have become. Chapter Three discusses the report of the 2006 Iraq Study Group - a document of appeasement that encourages the enemy and would reward it while treating friends like enemies. Withdrawal from Iraq would not only cause chaos and terrible loss of life in that country but will bring terrorism to the soil of the United States. The next two chapters explore the co-operation between the rogue states of the Axis of Evil. The author reveals how Iran and Syria are involved in the terrorism in Iraq and how these countries are trying their best to foment a civil war. Syria has long acted as a go-between to supply Russian weapons to Iraq. More information on Syria may be found in Barry Rubin's book The Truth about Syria. The last chapter of Part One investigates Iran's nuclear ambitions, its role in the Iraqi unrest, its alliance with Russia and its proxy wars through terrorist organizations like Hezbollah and Hamas. More information is available in the books Showdown with Nuclear Iran: Radical Islam's Messianic Mission to Destroy Israel and Cripple the United States, Atomic Iran: How the Terrorist Regime Bought the Bomb and American Politicians and The Iran Threat: President Ahmadinejad and the Coming Nuclear Crisis. Part Two, chapter 7, shows how Jimmy Carter a.k.a. The Grinning Peanut opened the Pandora's Box of Islamic terrorism when he lost Iran to Khomeini. His disastrous legacy and hopeless incompetence are dissected, as well as his treasonous activities up to the present. Recently he published a shameful book low on facts and high in propaganda in which he sides with the enemy whilst libeling Israel. Of course his Carter Center is funded mainly by petrodollars from Saudi Arabia. The main weaknesses of Carter's mindset and that of liberals in general are their pacifism, their self-loathing and their complacency. They do not understand that one cannot reason with the unreasonable. Chapter 8 takes a closer look at Ahmadinejad and his fanatical beliefs. Deterrents like MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) will simply not work with the type of enemy the West is facing now, since they believe in death while we believe in life. The possibility of terrorist nuclear attacks against American cities is very real; see also Future Jihad: Terrorist Strategies against the West by Walid Phares. Chapter 10: The Battle For The Soul Of America revisits the assault on Judeo-Christian values since the 1960s and includes discussions of the left's tolerance for evil and the destructive effects of political correctness. It also examines the recent history of Israel/Palestine, shows how the left has taken up Palestinianism as their cause du jour and how the anti-war protests were organized by sinisterist groups that hate Israel and the USA. These protestors are not for peace or against war; they are on the other side. Certain churches form part of the liberal war against America's spiritual and moral foundations, especially those in the National Council of Churches. The Epilogue is a travelogue through Kurdistan, the northern third of Iraq that is peaceful and prosperous. Kurdistan is a great success but this is ignored by the mainstream media. The Appendices are by themselves worth the price of the book: A: Ahmadinejad's Letter to President Bush B: Ahmadinejad's Letter to the American People C: Excerpts of Interview with Benjamin Netanyahu D: Excerpts of Interview with James Woolsey E: Excerpts of Interview with retired Genl Hugh Shelton F: Excerpts of Interview with retired Navy Capt Charles Nash G: Excerpts of Interview with retired IDF Lt-Genl Moshe Ya'alon H: Excerpts of Interview with Alan Dershowitz I: Excerpts of Interview with Mort Zuckerman J: 21-Day Study of Iran, Iraq and Israel in Biblical Prophecy, with two maps: Ancient Persia and The Modern Middle East. There are 10 pages of Notes arranged by chapter, a biography of the author and an index. The author makes a convincing case that the Islamic revolution is spreading and has become the greatest threat to the West; premature withdrawal from Iraq would bring the war to America; Iran must not be allowed to go nuclear; Israel must not be pressurized to give up any more land to appease the terrorists. Finally, the right thing to do for Christians and all who hold freedom dear is Standing With Israel. Epicenter: Why Current Rumblings in the Middle East Will Change Your Future (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-09-11 02:24:51 EST)

This book is a must read for anyone who is an American. The information and documentation helps to bring to light how we as a nation, got to where we are in this war on terrorism. The knowledge that is given by someone who is more informed than the biased news outlets, proves how we are as a nation, are lulled to sleep by the enemies within our own borders, not to exclude our nations leadership. Anyone who wants to be informed and real about the battles of Iraq and Afganhistand need to open the pages of this book and become awake. I feel most assured that any information contained in this book as well as other books published by Mr Evans can be trusted and relied upon for the current crisis that we as a nation are currently experiancing.

I have barely started this book as I have been away for 2 months and it was held at the Post Office. I am already totally blown away by his love for Christ, my true savior - and his knowledge of the Bible and Prophesy, as well as his knowledge of terrorists and Muslim history. I know this book will touch the hearts of anyone who chooses to really understand why we are in this battle and why it is so important for Christians to pray for the souls of the lost as well as the ones in this country whom are in leadership. I have been enlightened more than I already was after reading so much about the terrorism by other Christian authors. This one is a must have whether one is a believer of Gods' sovereignty or not. Open your heart and mind to read this book if you have any doubts about this issue tearing our country apart. ANY DOUBTS! God Bless You and God Bless and keep Mike Evans safe.

Mike Evans really knows his stuff! I don't know of many other people who have had the same front row seat to the events and the leaders involved in the Middle East for as long as he has (more than 20 years!). This is important information, and the US better pay attention or things could get very bad very fast. (Ever wonder why the US isn't mentioned in the book of Revelation?...hm...)

After listening to liberal shallow thinking on the war on terror it was refreshing to read some deep thoughts on the subject. Keep it up Mike! Although shallow thinkers will never understand what is going on- we still need men like you to inform those who are willing to listen and learn. The terrorists don't just want the U.S. to leave them alone. They don't just want the middle east to themselves. They want control over the world. That is the only thing that will bring them 'peace'.

This book is clearly one of the most informative and accurate sources on the looming danger that is a part of our world today. It is a warning to all; especially those who have lulled themselves to sleep with the blind rhetoric heard around the world, compliments of the media. This is a must read!

I am greatly impressed by the fact that Mr. Evans gives an abundance of facts, quotes, and sources that the reader can access and evaluate as to whether or not Mr. Evans has correctly interpreted the facts. I am puzzled by the critics whose only resource seems to be to resort to slander, lies, biased opinions and asserting that those who agree with Mr. Evans are stupid. Just once, I would like to see a critical review that addresses with accuracy and fairness the facts Mr. Evans quotes. If his facts are wrong let it be known by providing provable facts in their place, not diatribe. Since none of Mr. Evans critics seem able to provide these facts I can only assume they don't have a case at all. Therefore, I must assume that Mr. Evan's case is factual and correct.

I AM A BABY BOOMER, MARRIED IN 1970, HAD A CHILD IN 1974. I LIVED THROUGH THESE RECENT EVENTS AND STILL DID NOT REALLY UNDERSTAND OR INVESTIGATE THE IDEOLOGY BEHIND THE TERROR ATTACTS BEGINING FOR ME IN THE 80 WITH THE IRANIAN HOSTAGE CRISIS. I WAS SHOCKED THAT ANYONE COULD HAVE THAT MUCH HATE FOR ANYONE...THE BOOK I AM REVIEWING, THE FINAL MOVE BEYOND IRAQ, THE FINAL SOLUTION WHILE THE WORLD SLEEPS, HAS BROUGHT EVERYTHING INTO FOCUS...NO OTHER BOOK HAS DONE THAT AS WELL. HE IS MATICULOUS IN HIS RESOURCES AND DOCUMENTING THIS RESEARCH. I AM STILL BLOWN AWAY BY PRESIDENT J CARTER'S PART IN THE POLITICS LEADING UP TO OUR PRESENT EVENTS.

Perhaps the most culpable group in Mike Evans' report would have to be the American Media. Employing journalistic expertise unseen in this modern era of information, Mr. Evans shames American news reporters of all stripes and levels with his detailed analysis, historical and current, as he exposes the realities that have lead to the peril in which the world now finds itself. Accounting the multiplied failures of organizations such as the UN, and individuals like the peanut farmer who would be King, Evans delves into the framing of this present danger meticulously. Kurdish victims of Husseins WMD's, you know, the ones American news anchors have assured the country and the rest of the world do not exist, beg Evans to influence the media to examine their villages and the mass graves produced by those imaginary weapons. He touches on the trail of the vanishing herd that carried the WMD's to their new havens, but with his book awash in documentation to support his conclusion, even that trail must be left, as the author pushes on in his herculean effort to jolt America and the World out of it's Hollywood stupor before the return of the WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION ! Courage and tenacity pale in the face of this modern day Paul Revere, undaunted by the stupidity of so many in high places. When the books are opened on Judgment Day, and protests of innocence begin to din, silence will be restored by the lifting of these pages. Well done, Mr. Evans, though you shall surely hear those words from a greater than any else. As there is a great inbalance in publications on the Middle east, it is great to see a writer, who comes from a different angle from what we see in the media on the middle east.

A well written, well documented, history of the Iraq war so far. Definitely a wake-up call. It's good to know that it is not necessary for anyone to believe in prophesy in order for it to be fulfilled.

I have read some of the reviews by people who have denigrated this book and I have to say to them...you don't get it. But of course, if you do not know the Holy Bible or believe in Jesus Christ, you wouldn't. This book details real current events as they are today and places them into perspective with biblical prophecy. Israel is God's chosen nation...they will persevere because God states it. No matter what the nations will do to oppress them, that small, tiny nation will survive...supernaturally. I would rather work for the nation of Israel than against them. Don't turn your backs, America, as we have not been guaranteed the same protection from God unless we work to do His will. The end times is here...don't be afraid; accept Jesus and His Word.

The Final Move Beyond Iraq, is an excellent book and I recommend it to everyone. This World is asleep in it's own sin, it's upside down thinking and it's lack of morality. This book, in it's moral clarity, tries to wake those up that have been lulled asleep. I have read many negative reviews and it's a blessing that we can still disagree in this country, but for how long? And may G-d help us if we don't wake up. May G-d bless you Mike!

This book goes into the depth and reasons we are where we are today in the Middle East. The history of Iran was revealing and the exposurer of details of their plans to conquer the world will frighten anyone. We all need to heed these warnings and take action "today" to combat these threats. I pray that every politican and American, both left and right, will read and digest the information in this book and use this info to guide them in making the weighty decisions they are facing today.

Well written. We have to take the author's facts as the way they really are to accept whatever else he says. However, as events are unfolding in Iraq it seems that what he has written is true. The question is, if he has this knowledge , doesn't the rest of our goverment also have it. If so how are they acting on it?

Absolutely outstanding work. Very well researched and accurate. Mike Evans is probably one one the most intelligent sources of information on the Middle East situation. He presents the information in an easy to read format.
Should be required reading for all our politicians, in fact, all Americans. We need to fight these terrorists over there or we will be fighting them in our homes and streets of America. (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-09-11 02:24:53 EST)

Just come out and admit it Evans. Are you being paid directly, or through a shell? It's not ironic but intentional that you use the term "final solution" in your title. Next will be "never again". Perl, Pipes, Wolfowitz, and the rest of the neo-cons (and I do mean "cons")will go down in history as wretched agents of Israel who led the US down the slippery slope we're on now, with hopes to expedite the prophecy of armageddon. The problem is not that we are sleeping. The US is fully awake and moving forcefully in the wrong direction. Or at least this government is. But we voted 'em in, so "we the people" are ultimately responsible. But I guess that stems from the fact that some ungodly number of people in the US, (maybe 60%) expect to see armageddon in their lifetime.
To those (mostly) evangelicals I want to say: the apocalypse was a dream sequence inserted to the last cannonical gospel, probably written by Iraneus, but definitely NOT John the disciple, in the late second century CE, ALL of which was designed to counter the gospel of Thomas the Gnostic, who "knew" because he was "there" (Jesus' twin), and he don't talk about no resurection, nor any immanent return of his brother, and definitely no "end of time". This didn't sit well with the fractious second and third generation of "christian" nation-builders, so you got to do something to scare 'em into a unified line. Voila! Insert "Revelations" and that'll do it: The boogey men comin' to getcha! And they's on four horses in the sky! Jump ahead to Evans' book and here we go again. Only this time we only get the Persians, I guess. They got white horses over there, don't they. Or is it just the Persian cats that are white? (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-09-11 02:24:54 EST)

I have just started the book but find the information pretty belivable.
People dont always play nice, or politically correct. Time for people to get their heads out of the sand, because yes, we (Americans)are hated and there are those would would also like to see us wiped off of the face of the earth. Should we play patty cake or defend ourselves ? Thanks (Review Data Last Updated: 2007-09-11 02:24:54 EST)
