Some people may well buy this book and feel it wasn't money well spent! It has just over 100 pages of double space typing and as a consequence, not a great deal of content. My copy was badly printed and very difficult to read. For people like myself who have CFS and who tire easily this is not helpful and may make it difficult to access the value this book offers. The basic message is that candida either causes or is the same condition as CFS and fibromyaligia which is turn is caused by a defective immune system. Instead of concentrating on the immune system it concentrates on candida. This will be very helpful for those people who are not aware that candida is likely to be an inherent part of their condition but to my mind the author could have explored to a much greater extent what she feels to be the basic cause.
