I recomend this book to everyone who wants to get a higher score on their SAT test =]

I was surprised how quickly I received my order. It arrived in perfect condition in less than a week.

I bought this book thinking it would be a great premier edition. I thought it was an ok book but very expensive compared to other books. The material seemed to be pretty similar to the older editions from Kaplan. Dvd seemed to have a lot of the same questions in the book.

For the price, the Kaplan book provides great pre-test information and multiple practice tests, both in book and in an on-line format. Purchase price at Amazon was significantly less that if purchased from the local book stores. Shipping was fast, and more importantly my son has been using the guide. He has told me many test stragtries that he and I were both previously unaware of, all of which should aid his actual test scores, which is what is important. The guide suggest you take a practice test first, then proceed so you can actually see your improvement, which should aid in his confidence building and add to the overall actual test scores as well. Also, the book is written with teenagers in mind. By that I mean after a chapter or so the book tells the reader, great job, take a break. This is a great feature in that it both works with and motivates the student. As with any study guide, the key is will your son or daughter use it. Mine does, so this book gets an A from me, as does Amazon, for the price and quick delivery.
