I passed with 75 questions about 6 weeks out of nursing school. The book and CD together cover lots of material and the test taking strategies saved not only me, but also most of my classmates as well. Buy it.

Don't like using USPS because if you're not home, they don't attempt a second delivery. Had to go to the main office in our city to pick up the item. Otherwise, the product was perfect.

I bought this book because I had used the 2008-09 book for the practice tests. The practice questions in the 08-09 version were great. I thought about getting the Kaplan Q bank but for $299 i figured I'd just buy the 2010 book for some more questions at a much better value. Anyway, the practice tests in the 2010 version of the book are identical to the 08-09 version.... both in the book and on the "updated" CD. Save a few bucks and just get the 08-09 version.

It was delivered earlier than I expected and was exactly as described. Very happy with the purchase.

This book seems to be well organized and I am hoping is very effective. It claims to be the resource you need to be able to successfully pass the NCLEX-RN. I am hoping that that is the case and I am thinking I cannot rate a resource until I find out if it met it's stated purpose... so I will revise this later when I get my NCLEX results.

This review book is a MUST HAVE for nursing students, regardless of whether you are a first-year or preparing to take the NCLEX. The easy-to-read format helps users dissect critical thinking questions....

I used this book for the last 2 weeks before I took my NCLEX. It was very helpful to teach you how to read the question and answer the question. They also guarantee you the price of the book if you fail the NCLEX not that that would make failing any better, but that is one positive thing.

I didn't pass the NCLEX the first time and that was more than a year ago. Yah, it's embarrasing. Anyways, I've tried to re-study for this test, but this is the only book that made me feel that I can pass this exam when I re-take it. It is a quick read and every time I've read a chapter, I've felt empowered. Having the nursing knowledge is not enough to pass the NCLEX, especially if it has been a long time since you were in nursing school. You need to know how this test is designed and this is the best book to describe that.

Great for learning strategies for the Nclex and I like the question and review section.

I really like this book it is going to help me prepare for the NCLEX exam when the time comes. I recommend this book to all nursing students, don't wait until you graduate before you start studying for your NCLEX exam. This book explains in detail what to expect on the test and gives you plenty of opportunities to take practice tests. This book also explains what to look for in the question so you can choose the right answer.

This book was extreemly helpful in reducing my stress over test taking. I now feel I can tackle any question with a good chance of success using the stratagies taught here.

Very helpful for the Nclex exam. Way different approach then Saunders. If you want to prepare better, buy it.

Note that this book is not a comprehensive reviewer, and this book alone is not enough to help you pass the exam. This book is all about STRATEGIES... to help you get inside the mind of the NCLEX writers and help you identify what the question is really asking. A common mistake among students is "reading into the question" and applying your own interpretation, which usually makes you pick the wrong answer. This book will help correct that bad habit. There is very little in this book in the way of actual content, but the strategies it teaches are very valuable.

The actual NCLEX questions are harder than any review book I encountered, and believe me I've seen them all. This book is the closest thing you can get in terms of the level of difficulty of the actual exam.

This is a strategies book with 180 questions in the book and another 180 on the CD. This is not a comprehensive review book.
