I think that I would have given this book a 3 or 4 star review, except that it completely self-destructed after I had only read the first few chapters. Pages and whole sections broke loose from the spine leaving it a mass of disconnected paper and rendering it unusable. Until then, I thought the book was a good, useful, introductory text for the novice Outlook user. So, blame the publisher rather than the author, but I'm still forced to buy a new book on Outlook, and I'll never again buy any book in the "How to Do Everything" series by Osborne-McGraw Hill.
