Nothing new here unless you haven't read the books by Diana Schwarzbein or John Lee. Also, don't order her products, their customer service is absoultely terrible and you won't be able to turn them off (more shipments and charges then you asked for). Her products are not good compared to others out there.

Dr. Lark gives excellent advice. I have read every health and hormone book known to man (my hobby). I even have her papaya book and I do use compounded progesterone cream. I like her very much. However, don't order any of her products on line. At her website, you can order her supplements which I imagine are good. However, their customer service is so messed up. They messed up my order, double charged me, charged me again, didn't ship what was promised or advertised, you name it. I have been on the phone with them 7 times as of today. I have tried to reach Dr. Lark directly or at least someone in her office (they hand off the orders to an internet company called Daily Balance). The service lady told me today that they don't know what they are doing, can't talk to the warehouse, got handed her business recently without any training, etc. etc. I even filed a complaint with Amex to block the charges. They (Dr. Lark's ordering line) say they will fix it today but again, they haven't called back and it's been 4 weeks since my order and 7 phone calls, 4-5 emails. Each time I have to re-explain, each time they apologize and act like it's being fixed, each time they ignore me. So,read her books if you like but don't, I repeat DON'T order her products or you will be sorry you did. Because of this, I won't order one more book, newsletter, etc. with her name on it. Go to women to women website to get most of this information on hormones for free or diana scwarzbein MD's site, but don't order from Dr. Lark's website or her products. I don't normally pitch a fit but $291 of unauthorized and/or incomplete shipments has my blood boiling. The service manager even told me today that she spends all day, everyday fixing this mess they call a company that is advertised as Dr Lark's website/ordering line. Shame on Dr. Lark if she is in anyway associated with this and she should know this is going on. Update: they called yesterday and said they would credit me 100% and to keep the stuff, they don't even want it back. They don't want to mess with it. Let's see if they credit my AMEX, really.
