Black-Red-White are one story in 3 books. Much like the Lord of the Rings trilogy (actually 6 books but one story), this story (2 stories in 1?) keeps you just off balance enough to keep you reading.

The back and forth between realities (?) or worlds (?) doubles the suspense. The fantasy aspect is my favorite but I love the weaving in of contemporary scenarios.

The best is the redemption story imagery. As a long-time Christian I know it's easy to take the "Old, Old story" for granted. Ted brings it to life by bringing it back in a way you never see coming. Tears and shouts are not uncommon when reading these! Classic series. I can't wait for Green to come out in Sep 09!

Black/Red/White (The Circle Trilogy 1-3) This book was delivered quickly and in excellent shape. I have already read the whole thing and passed it on to my mother-in law to enjoy as well. Great service, great product combined with a great price as well (half the price of what I saw in the stores)!

Provides a powerful and gripping story filled with Christian undertones without the "go to church ad confess your sins" feeling. Why narnia has been made a motion picture and this has not I will never understand.

This was a great read, and now it's a great idea for commute time, travel, etc.

The book starts out a little slow, but picks up quickly. It doesn't take long to get lost in it. Can't wait until September 2009 for Green to come out!!

I have never read anything by Tom Dekker before and I am not crazy about so called Christian authors. I am a catholic, but don't need present day authors to give me additional dosage of faith. I've tried once 'Left behind' books but stopped on the second part. However, what Mr. Dekker is doing in his trilogy is so fascinating, so exhilarating and so combustive, that I am planning to change my mind a bit and read more of his books.
I am not going to repeat here anything about the plot and main characters. Others have already given justice to that. I just wanted simply to pay homage to Mr. Dekker for such an innovative and thrilling story where political thriller meshes with Armageddon story and interlaces proportional views on faith and common goodness in humanity and mankind.
I also wanted to let other know that I am reading this book on iPhone using Kindle app, and I am having so much fun with the device and software (reading mostly on Subway and in waiting rooms), that I am planning to download more books to my iPhone. The reading is easy during the day and at night, and if you read for an hour you're not straining your eyes at all, although I am not sure whether there are any long-term side effects affecting the vision doing so.
In any case, I thought this book was one of the best I have ever read, and I could easily compare it (in terms of my excitement) to Tolkien's LOTR, Asimov's Robots or old classics by Mark Twain or Kipling.

Awesome series. I first heard about it from a friend and I loved it. I read the circle series from my school library, then i bought his other series: The Lost Books, and the Paradise Novels. GREAT!! I love that they all connect and there's no wrong way to read them cause there all about the same thing eventually. But if I had to pick and order it would be, The Circle, Paradise Novels, then the Lost Books.

This was my first time reading books from Tedd Dekker and i must say that i was very impressed. I really enjoyed the story and can not wait til the fourth installment comes out "GREEN". I will be one of the first ones to get it. Since then I have read more books by him and have liked all of them.
