Received the book in a timely fashion, new book however didn't include the passcode to access online tutorials which means that I have to purchase for another $40. Next time I will pay the extra and purchase book at school.

Great college text, easy to read and focused on the health area. Good samples and great exercises.

The college coarse manual that I ordered was new and in perfect condition. It arrived in a timely manner. The shipping fee was waived. Of coarse I was also pleased that the cost of the book was considerably less than I would have to pay at the college bookstore. All in all it was a very good experience. Thanks for your services.

Well, the book says on the cover flap that "[w]ith your purchase of a new copy ... you should have received a Student Access Kit ..." Mine was a new copy, but ... didn't come with the Student Access Kit. The publisher's website sells the kit for $40. I'm not paying $40 for something that should have been included, so I requested Amazon send a replacement, which they promptly obliged. However, this replacement also came with no kit. Sadly, I'm returning this one too.

I'm sure this is an excellent textbook but I'd get confirmation from Amazon that this logistical glitch has been fixed before purchasing from them.
