This book is a must read for anyone who is interested in foreclosure investing. It gives and excellent step by step guidance through the pre-foreclosure investing process. Since the authors are successful investors, they know "the ropes" and can give much insight and knowledge to give new and old investors insight into working with the banks and with homeowners. It is imortant that anyone who is considering investing read this bood first!

This is a great book. I wish I would have purchased this book before I wasted my money on many other short sale books.

I had taken several short sale seminars from other real estate gurus, but when I tried to actually do a short sale, I found I was missing information. I had heard about Dwan and Sharon from my local REIA group, so I decided to order their book. It helped me to find "the missing pieces of the puzzle." It is well-written and easy to understand.

This is a very good book. I give it a 5-star rating.

I would highly recommended this book for both the experienced and especially for all beginners.

This book is a good tool for understanding and developing a working base in the "Short Sale" industry. I have taken several classes with Dwan and was impressed with her level of knowledge and expertise. Dwan's teaching style is very open and down to earth. Once you read this book, you'll want to immediately maximize your investing opportunities with foreclosures. I highly recommend any book or course from Dwan, you'll learn from the Best!

I have read a lot of books on real estate investing, this one tops the cake. It walks you thru step-by step the process from the beginning.

Althought I have not read it yet, I intend to start immediately. I've already browsed through the topics and I can't wait to start. I absolutely love "Dwan Bent-Twyford", so whatever she writes, says, or does I want to follow her. She is indeed a "GIFT FROM GOD" to those who want to become Real Estate Investors. I've read other educational materials from her. Also, the book was brand new, excellent condition, no defects! I would recommend this merchant to anyone, especially if you need FAST SHIPPING and a quality product. Overall, extremely satisfied customer!!!!

This book covered the subject short sales in rather general terms. In my view, it is at an introductory level. If you have accomplished several short sales (10+) then the material covered here will offer limited value.

I was impressed by the direct, straight talk in Dwan's recent book. This is a timely instruction manual for anyone interested in investing in real estate in today's market. She is specific as she walks you through your education and gives many easy to understand examples for doing a short sale. An excellent reference book.

this is one of the easiest book i have seen related to how to deal with banks and submit forms, the insider information helps a lot specially to deal with the frustation when submitting forms to the banks, and there is no answers from them. it shows you how to submit and deal with an issue one and only once. great book.

This is a must have for all Realtors, Investors, Homeowners, etc. This book reveals everything you will need to know about bank shorts. It has helped me help clients with distressed properties as well as the first time homebuyer looking for a great deal. The only thing this book is missing is the true time frame it takes for a short sale to go through and probably because every bank is different. Overall this an excellent read.

This book was by far, the best book I read regarding the short sale process. You can just about go out and do your own short sale deals just from reading this book. A bit more coaching may be helpful before you do so but you can get their quick.

Both ladies are well respected in the REI industry and the content of their latest book is awesome. I'm glad I bought it!

All the information was very straight forward. It didn't exactly reveal any new tips but if you don't have any experience with short sales it is excellent information for the money.

When I first met Dwan 3 things came to mind about her: She is Strong, knows what she needs to do and she is very Humble. The same goes for when I met Sharon. What they teach is what is best first and foremost for the homeowner. Yes, you may be investing for a living, but if you place the homeowner first before the dollar sign you will be blessed for it. Upon purchasing their book we received a free live class and so much more. The book is easy to read and straight forward.I believe all the knowledge put in this book will help me continue to go forward and achieve my goals. Thanks Dwan & Sharon for taking your time to write this book for us.

I love this book and the fact that Dwan and Sharon were so kind to include forms that I could download and uses in my business. More bang for my buck. I have their Short Sale and Wholesale programs and closed my first real estate deal using their system. Simply put, IT WORKS!!! I've seen many other programs and none of them come close to explaining the "how to's" in a step by step manner as they do. I highly recommend their books and programs.

I did one of their short sale classes and was not happy. To cut a long story short, there is a court order out there in Gwinnett County, Georgia that Millionaire Mindset (Dwan Bent-Twyford and Sharon Restrepo run the company) pay back several thousand dollars as a refund for the course. They are ignoring the court order and leaving it unpaid. I don't recommend buying books from unethical people like this. Get your training from a local non-profit real estate investors association instead.

Somewhat disapointed in that the book promises downloadable forms, that can be customized.

I have tried to use these forms, maybe someone else knows more?

The book does a "decent" job discussing the "big picture" of short sales to someone that has little knowledge of the subject. However, someone looking for an investment strategy in short sales with exact steps layed out to follow and duplicate would be disappointed in this read. A lot is left for the reader to figure out on their own. For example, with respect to marketing for potential sellers, the idea of mailing postcards is discussed, which is good, however, there is little instruction/advice on how to put together an effective mailing list or what the postcard should even say. Also, there is little "real life" information regarding the exit strategies of short sales. The book discusses using an "assignment" as an exit strategy, however, most if not all lenders will not approve purchase contracts that have an assignable clause included. Therefore, this exit strategy is not effective. The book briefly discusses "subject to" transactions and fails to mention that when taking title to property "subject to" an existing mortgage staying in place, this is a direct violation of the "due on sale" clause, in which the original lender now has the right to call the loan due in full. In my opinion, this is another example of how the book lacks certain information that a reader should be told.

I have personally known Sharon and Dwan for at least 12 years now. They were teaching short sale techniques back when the other gurus didn't even know what a short sale was. They have learned by doing and teaching others for many years not just copying other peoples work. Right now short sales are the short cut to great deals in real estate.
