In May 2007, I bought the book, read it cover to cover (it's a quick read), and implemented everything Effros recommended. We had our open house in late June, sold it during the round robin that weekend and closed in early August. It is an EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT method that I will use from now on. FYI, there is a website with a forum that is very helpful. The URL is the book's title spelled out dot com.

I bought this book in 2003 and used it to sell a rental house. At the time there were 5 or 6 other homes for sale on the same small street. I sold mine in 5 days while the others languished on the market (because they were over-priced) for months. Definitely recommended reading.

I had a friend who used this technique and I was amazed how it worked just like the book describes. Flocks of people turned out to see the house. He got a round-robin bidding war going on Sunday night, and he sold his house rapidly, without any unnecessary professional help, and for a good price.

While I haven't utilized the methods he talks about here in the book in theory i know it could work. I wish i had this book two years ago when i was trying to flip a rehab home, it would have saved us a lot of money in holding costs.

Great Book!
Really Works! Not "Snake Oil" Not "How to Put Lipstick on a Pig" Certainly worth the money even if you don't use the method. I'v hae bought and Sold RealEstate in Pennsylvania and Seattle WA for the last 20 Years. And can not see how this could ever work! I returned the Book.

I hehab houses and finished one TOO nice in a run down area. On the market for six months and had tried everything including a Realtor listing! Everyone liked it but we could get no one in that araa that could qualify for a mortgage.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but this system really works. I know the author personally, and have seen more than a dozen houses being sold in five days utilizing this method. It's based on sound economic principles, and works whether your house is worth $10,000 or $1,000,000, or anything in between. I believe it is the most efficient method to get the highest amount of money for your home in the shortest period of time.
