This book was my companion every day for two semesters of property law. I've read it cover to cover and picked the darn thing apart in studying for final exams. It's not a bad casebook but could be better. You'll definitely want to get a supplement for the dreaded future interests section of the book which is rather sparse and fails I think in explaining the topic thoroughly. Is a tad bit out of date too as it does not contain the Kelo v. City of New London decision which is enormously important.
