This is a great review tool for studying property law. This text does a good job of summarizing all of the relevant concepts covered in a first year property class. The text has a fair amount of citations unlike other BLO of this series.

The text also provides a good comparison between majority rules of law and the minority rules and how they differ.

The only drawback is the section on present and future estates. I recomend that you either get another supplement specifically for that, or otherwise pay damn good attention.
