This book was excellent! The book gives a recipe for health, describes the hunza in detail, their diet and the way they live. It also contains interesting and revealing studies related to the diet....more added proof that eating this way will alleviate disease and sickness. The Hunza returned everything back to the soil, this keeping it rich in nutrients. Out of curiosity, we tested our soil where our garden is and found it to be totally depleted in everything! This is the result of constantly taking from the soil and not returning anything to it. We have started adding compost and nutrients and have already noticed a difference in this year's garden.
