Reference book on pain

This book covers all aspects of chronic pain management. So far I managed to solve all my clinical problems related to pain using this text. Each chapter is a comprehensive review of a pain topic. Very practical, it also discusses everyday problems, such as setting up a chronic pain practice and legal issues.

This is and excellent all around book on pain management
Has a good chapter on the legal aspects of prescribing
narcotics
