The previous and only reviewer is probably a good friend of the writer. Sure she is a guru and also presents her book like a guru. Right over the head of an electronically challenged person like myself. The hour lessons takes at least 3 hours after you had to scratch around internet websites to learn the meaning of the terminology she assumes you would know and trying to figure out what she meant. This is not a book if you really want to get into Outlook fast. Maybe it should be the 2nd book to study on Outlook.
But then as I said, I am electronically challenged. But I can comprehend things if it is explained properly (Review Data Last Updated: 2008-11-26 09:40:26 EST)

Written by a microsoft office guru - you'll be in the best hands possible for getting Outlook 2003 up and running right away. The author is knowledgeable, clear, and concise. Probably the best money you can spend for a how-to for Outlook 2003.
