The book is well written and surprisingly interesting, with countless charts, diagrams, real-world cases, and mid-chapter summaries throughout the book. Book arrived in mint condition. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This was the exact version I needed and at a much lower price than anywhere else. Very thorough book and fairly easy reading (especially it being a law book). The cases are a great way to apply the concepts taught and they are interesting too.

I think it was a very good. It did cost a lot but it covers a lot of legal issues you may not think about. It was priced better than the college bookstores so I would recommend it.

Business Law: Text and Cases (West's Business Law)

My initial order was never delivered and I paid $137.87 for the book plus shipping "Free Super Sver Shipping" of $0.00. It was returned to Amazon without a reason. This was very upsetting because I needed the book for my class which was starting in a week and then I had to re-order.

The price when I re-ordered was $152.37 plus shipping $11.98 (2 day shipping)which I had to do to be sure I received the book in time for my class. The book was delivered on time and in good condition but I it is unfair that I had to pay $27.00 extra for something that was not my fault.

I have been very pleased with all the other orders that I have made with Amazon. This is the only bad experience and I think I should be compensated for the extra charges. I will continue to buy from Amazon in the future because of prior good service.

the book is the text book of my business law class. it is new edition so the used item is not available. It is listed 200 bucks in the bookstore in our college, but i got 150 on amazon. the shipping is free and fast. I received this book in a week after i placeed the order. It is brand new and in perfect condition. satisfied with the price and the book.

As a student of Business and having a limited acquaintance with law previously, I have to admit that this text is worth every penny. For those of us embarking on an entrepreneurial path, knowledge in the realms of torts, constitutional law, copyrights, cyberlaw, etc. is absolutely imperative.

The text contains recent cases, lower court decision, their backgrounds, abridged text submitted by the court and decisions made by the intermediate/supreme appellate courts. The authors present the text in a format not too difficult to read, but not easy enough to skim through.

Congratulations to Clarkson, Miller, Jentz and Cross for another fantastic text.

I haven't actually used this product in class yet as I'm just getting my books together for the fall semester but I have looked it over and it looks to be very informative of business law with examples and definitions etc. I can't however say it is or will be a pleasure to read I bought it because it's required for my business law class not because I wanted to.
