Just a regurgitation of any science textbook. Go with EK if you want more for your buck.

The Kaplan MCAT review series with CD gives me a better understanding on what I should be concentrating on whem preparing for the MCAT exam.

The book is in good condition, but I got the book a month after I ordered it. I really needed it within a couple weeks, and the mailing dates ensured me that I would get it with in 14 days, but when I went back online after 2 weeks, they had changed the shipping dates. I should have just paid the few extra dollars to buy it directly from Amazon.
