The audio version sound just like someone reading the book, which is what you might expect since it is an audio version of the book. Over half of the book are just personal testimonies. A lot of marketing but little content.

(Hide Review...)  ABSOLUTELY GREAT BOOK !!!!
Reviewer Permalink
I have received a message about the Zero Limits book being published in Czech republic (in Czech language) through friend of mine who already red the book and was absolutely amazed. I went on the internet and order it. When I started to read it I was so impressed immediately that I
could not stop reading until I was finished! I am familiar with several self - cleaning processes but the technique Ho`oponopono seems to me as the "right codes" from the Universe for everyone who is really ready to get 100% responsible for his life, the planet Earth and the Universe. I can only suggest the book to everybody. I am sure that each of you who are already reading these reviews are coming with in inside search for a Real Truth which you can find here.
I love you. I`m sorry. Please, forgive me. Thank you!

First, I love Joe Vitale's writing style: flowing, easy, casual, makes you really get to know him. So this, like all his books, is an easy read.

Second, it is full of inspiration and information. The technique itself was not allowed to be spelled out, but my husband and I have gotten plenty from doing only what little tidbits Joe was allowed (by Dr. Len) to reveal.

Though I am a bookworm, my husband has read maybe 3 books in the 14 years I have been with him. The fact that this was one of them says a lot about the book. We both have been through the whole workshop scene while in our 30s (which is where we met each other). Been there, done that. But we both signed up for Dr. Len's workshop mid way through the book.

Perhaps the most amazing testimonial is when Joe calls his intention techniques "kindergarten" compared to this one. Life really is about getting clear from all the programming and just letting in the Divine.

I've read many of Joe Vitale's other books, but this one is truly different. It is outstanding. It's all about how he came to know about and put into practice the art of Ho'opononono. I really enjoyed it.

(Hide Review...)  this book changed my life
Reviewer Permalink
Before I bought this book, I read the other reviews. Based on some of the
negative comments, I waited a long time before I actually bought it.
I noticed in one of the reviews by a psychiatrist, he said that Joe was
trying to promote himself. After reading Zero Limits, (three times through
because it was so good), I did not see it this way. I could see that he did make mention of his other books as well as many other authors and their books. He promoted many people in Zero Limits, not just himself. It seemed reasonable to me.
The magic in ho'oponopono is it's utter simplicity. It is so simple that
many people will not like it and not believe it. Due to it's subtleness,
I reread his book several times to pick up all the simple guidance that
Joe and Dr. Len offer. If someone chooses to practice ho'oponopono,
it will change their life. I have so much more peace and acceptance just
by practicing these simple steps. Read the book with an open heart and
an open mind, and experience a quietness that is 'Divine'.

Reviewer Permalink
This book's focus is love, forgiveness, taking responsibility for your life, and living in the present rather than hanging onto regret and recrimination. Most spiritual approaches share these beliefs and the book presents little that is new, except its aloha twist. Author Joe Vitale brings in the Hawaiian perspective of his co-author, Ihaleakala Hew Len, a Hawaiian therapist and Ph.D., who advocates the "//ho'oponopono//" method. The authors' emphasis on cleansing and love is a lot like the repentance and love of Christianity, and the emphasis on the universe existing only in your mind has a neo-Buddhist flavor. Skeptics may find that the recommendation to make a batch of special cleansing water pushes their envelope one notch too far. A larger stumbling block is that although many spiritual leaders teach the emptiness of pursuing money and material wealth, this book makes wealth a goal, and suggests that you can receive riches by ridding yourself of blocked memories. To talk of spirituality as the source of record-breaking sales of luxury sedans seems somewhat self-contradictory, but the book is otherwise straight new-age self-help, though// getAbstract// appreciates its Hawaiian flavor.

(Hide Review...)  Love Everything?
Reviewer Permalink
I finished Zero Limits July 25. Joe Vitale's a very successful salesmen and his mantra "I love you," is good; but he never clarifies what he means by love, as many have done before. Decades earlier Joseph Campbell distinguished erotic love, romantic love, agape love and love as duty. I further distinguish amor from romantic love in my book on values. We can only assume that Vitale meant agape love, or unconditional love toward the Divine. Finally, in the first appendix he claims saying, "I love you to the Divine cleans everything in you so you can experience the miracle of this moment. The idea is to love everything."
Love everything? What does he mean? Are we to love suicide bombers, pedophiles and serial killers? I wrote: "We must learn to appreciate the evil in the world." However, in no way did I imply that we are to love evil. I clarified "appreciate" as "To assess evil means to recognize it like a doctor diagnoses the symptoms of a disease, but it does not mean to condone it." And, I am reminded of Philip Hallie, in Moyer's video On Evil, " The power of love did not stop Hitler, it took decent murderers like me." Vitale's embracing everything with love is too vague and mystical. Dr. Len is quoted as saying, "When I'm clear I will see them as God sees them." (p.70) He will see as God sees? Is that not mysticism?
He use of "Divine" is extensive, yet the word "God" is rarely mentioned. Is the Divine his substitute for the word "God?" We can be connected with the Divine (p. 192) This reminds me of the Latin meaning of "religio:" meaning to link or to connect one with God. Campbell taught me this. What of Vitale's "Killing the Divine?" This is pure Zen Buddhism: If you meet the Buddha on the road kill him! Campbell clarifies this in The Power of Myth, as meaning that you have to transcend your image of God to experience eternity.
Most noteworthy and most controversial is his statement: "You are 100% responsible for all you experience," (p. 200); but it is not new. Read Nietzsche and his "amor fati" - love your fate. Or read my discussion of Camus' The Myth of Sisyphus.
And is this something new: "if I could get through the day without having some judgment of someone." (p. 46) Jesus said: "Judge not and ye shall not be judged. Condemn not and ye shall not be condemned"
The choice he writes is to live by memories or by inspiration. (p. 154) I see this as the choice to live by habits versus creativity. It is egoism with its desires and fears that constantly judges and is closed to the Creative Spirit, or God. By overcoming egoism one becomes open and connected (religio) to the Creator and become living creative spirits. As Dr. Len points out "only when your mind is at zero can creation take place, and it is called inspire." (p.72) But, there are traditional methods of becoming open, or awakened. One is doing Zen meditation from the Mahayana Buddhist tradition.
Perhaps, his most significant point is his criticism of his own book The Attractor Factor, in which he praises the power of intention. Now: "Intention is a fool's game," he wrote. "The real source of power is inspiration." (p.174) Why? Intention stems from egoism. "Inspiration" comes from the Latin "spirare" to breath; hence "inspirare" to breath in or with spirit, or to breath divine feeling into." The real choice is whether to be open and connected with the Spirit, or to be closed.

(Hide Review...)  An uplifting infomercial
Reviewer Permalink
I like parts of this a lot but didn't rate it well because it has little substance. In the very beginning he admits that this book doesn't teach Ho'oponopono and tells you if you want to learn Ho'oponopono go to one of the weekend workshops.

Things I like:

* Uplifting, he knows how to motivate his target audience.
* Gives the stories of others who have used this method successfully.
* Although the focus of this book is money it also shows that this technique can be utilized for anything and everything.

Things I didn't like:

* It felt like work to get to past the infomercials and self aggrandizement. The majority of people on the tape that told their stories were also plugging their products, I wonder if they had to pay for their spot in this book?
* This LONG book only gives you a brief over view of the idea but it's not even an elementary level primer on Ho'oponopono.

* A HUGE concern is that he admits that this technique made him realize that what he taught in previous books was wrong or obsolete.

He says he felt deep concern and guilt because he has taught the wrong information. This was followed by the explanation that the other books can help people at lower levels of understanding. I totally agree with that but if he ACTUALLY believes this and isn't simply making excuses to continue selling & teaching incorrect information then why does he constantly plug those books in this one.

If we're ready for the information that truly works then why try to interest us in information that he acknowledges is WRONG? This is a red flag.

(Hide Review...)  So disappointing
Reviewer Permalink
I have read some of Joe Vitale's books and listened to many podcasts and interviews, which have some really excellent information in them. So when I ordered this book I was very excited, and excited to learn about anything spiritual and Hawaiian (I'm an ex-resident).

This book at one point completely contradicted anything Joe mentioned in his Attractor Factor and The Key books. AT that point, he lost almost all credibility with me. I found some small red flags in the two previous books I just mentioned but this book just screamed that he will write or record anything to make money and doesn't care to get honest information out there to help anyone but himself. Truly disappointing. I felt like a "sucker" after reading this one.

I don't know a lot about Ho'oponopono, but I honestly dont think that what was written in this book is the way of Ho'oponopono. If I were Joe I would be very embarrassed. There was the usual barrage of advertising his books and website throughout the book, as well as more websites and books to buy from other authors. I feel like I bought a book that was basically a bunch of advertisements for things I do not want, and information that is not correct. It made the red flags that popped up in his other books (and I do believe in the Law of Attraction and a lot of what he teaches in The attractor factor and the Key because I've studied other authors and practiced it myself for years) turn into giant alarms. Sadly, I think Joe is in it for himself to make money and to help his friends become rich also. Between buying his books and James Arthur Ray's books and products, I don't know who is the bigger con artist. I'm done with both of them. If you read either of their books, you will see that there are so many with the exact wordings that it makes you wonder who is copying whom?

The day I received this book, I completed reading it--highlighter in hand. The content made sense to me. It fit into the larger picture or view I have of life, how we're all connected because, ultimately, we are only separated by our perceptions. As I did my morning walk the next day, I used the four statements about everyone and everything I saw. I touched and held the feeling that everything is a miracle. It was quite a walk. This is quite a book. The part about Inspiration and Intention is, alone, worth "the price of admission." And Joe Vitale . . . Thank you--for this and all the other remarkable things you share.

It's a very good technique, but I have to say that the book is a bit irritating. I can not make it to the end and
I am not the type who doesn't finish books.
The technique is beautiful. If you do it without overanalizing it, it changes your vibration. Amazing!
If you can be in control of your vibration at least some of the time (when you are aware of it) it's already HUGE.
The writing is really poor though. And there is too much of the writer in this book. It needs to be more of the message itself( in my opinion)
But...Thanks for making it accesible to us all. Thank you

Once you get past Joe Vitale's shameless self-promotions, the message of Dr. Len is that we are responsible for our lives and everything and everyone that crosses our path. That is pretty much a universal Spiritual law.

Other than learning the "I love you, I'm sorry, forgive me, thank you" mantra, I don't have a lot to show for this book. I could have learned this off the Ho'oponopono website.

It looks like a Joe Vitale teaser to get you to take a seminar to learn more. I've had some friends take the Ho'oponopono seminar, and they loved it. But unfortunately, the review is for the book which I wouldn't recommend. Take the seminar; skip the book.

(Hide Review...)  Focusing on the method
Reviewer Permalink
I agree with P. Wyatt that the author's writing skills are a great deal less than "hypnotic." I gave it three stars because it was my first introduction to Ho'oponopono and as such was useful to me. I do like the message and have tried to focus on that, rather than on Mr. Vitale's hustling (which judgment and experience I created for myself and thus try to clean).

The book gives no information on the couple of dozen methods for problem-solving that are taught for a lot of money in ho'oponopono classes. If you know about Gary Craig and EFT (which is mentioned in the book), then you have an example of someone who is a true humanitarian with a message that he is willing to share for the good of others for free. I'm usually suspicious of high-priced seminars and aggressive marketing of a product or method that cannot be learned any other way.

In spite of my distaste (again, I own the responsibility for creating that reaction) for the marketing methods, I have found Self-Identity Ho'oponopono (SIH) to be a powerful tool. It is liberating to let go of the desire and need to help others find enlightenment. I'm the only person to "fix" and if fixing me helps others in whose reality I exist, all the better. Through the process, with which I am barely yet familiar, I have found myself FULL of errors of which I was formerly unaware. That would be a concern if there were no way to erase the programs, but I feel liberated from some of them already and am experiencing a greater peace.

So, while it's unlikely I'd buy another book by Joe Vitale, I'd be thrilled to buy a book written by Dr. Hew Len. I would gladly pay a reasonable price for a training class. What is a reasonable price is of course different for each of us, but I'd like to feel that the presenters' main purpose is not to get rich, but rather to share a process they believe will enrich others and heal lives.

I would encourage anyone to investigate the process and suspend judgment of the author just enough to get the message. But, hey, if you can get it all from a website for free, do that!

Reviewer Permalink
I just finished this book after learning the Ho'oponopono method from a friend. I was excited to become well-grounded in the practice and to understand what it is about this process that makes it work. Because it does work. I started doing regularly and frequently at least a month before getting the book.

What I like about the book: I enjoyed learning about Ihaleakala Hew Len and how this practice was introduced to him. I was intrigued to hear of his experiences using it. And there was some good information about what it really means to take 100% responsibility for everything that shows up in your life.

What I didn't like about this book: To me it feels more like the reporting out by Joe Vitale of how he got to know Dr. Len and how this process has impacted his life then a book about Ho'oponopono. I really like Joe Vitale a lot, but I feel he underestimates his impact and power as an author and leader by sprinkling the pages with references to his many other books and websites that he has created. He's good enough in his own right that he doesn't have to use this book as a platform to showcase his successes. That was odd to me.

What was missing: 1. Substance. I know this process works, but why does it work? You won't find out by reading the book 2. Trust. It seems rather anti-ho'oponopono to say if you want to really know how this works you have to go to a workshop because I had to sign a disclosure statement promising I wouldn't share the secrets in this book. How strange. For such an abundant message, why is the content held so tightly and with an sense of such scarcity. Would it really be such a bad thing if people all over the planet were using this, teaching this, promoting this? Afterall, the IP does not belong to Dr. Len nor to Joe. I hate to say this, but it feels a bit greedy.

So I guess I'll have to 'clean' that thought so that the work moves forward in the world with great abundance. I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.

I'm a writer so it's hard to keep my attention in a book. I seldom get past the first few chapters. So the content has to be riveting and well written to keep my attention. Even more, the content has to be relevant to my life and provide a significant benefit.

Joe Vitale did it for me in this book. I read every word and use the practices he recommended. The four simple steps - I apologize, please forgive me, I love you, and I'm grateful - have given me a valuable tool for working with my mind. Now no matter what thoughts pop into my mind, I have a way of using them to benefit not only myself but anyone else or any situation that is connected to the thoughts.

Brilliant, Joe.

This book is awesome! I actually prefer the audio version because I prefer to listen to Joe Vitale, he is a great motivator with a regular joe persona. There are just not enough great things I can say about him and Dr. Hew Len. But, then I love anything having to do with Hawaii as well. Try it for yourself--I love you, I' sorry. Please forgive me. THank You!

As I was reading this book, I was becoming ever more excited to get to the section where the reader is instructed in how to do the full ho-oponopono process. Sadly, that section never came. All throughout the book, Mr. Vitale informs the reader that in order to get the full benefit of the process, one must attend one of his expensive weekend workshops. Well, then, why bother writing the book?

I have been practicing the bare-bones version of ho'oponopono as outlined in "Zero Limits" -- and with wonderful results. So in that respect the book was worth spending the time to read and I'll give it a couple of stars. But I am miffed that it is essentially an expensive, hard-bound advertising brochure for his workshops, filled with long, boring story after long, boring story about other people having success with the process. I guess he meant for it to be inspirational, but it got old very fast and I admittedly skimmed over much of that part, hoping against hope that there was more meat later in the book. There wasn't.

He could have produced a much more satisfying product by including the full instructions, with the recommendation of attending a workshop in order to understand the full dimension of how to apply the knowledge.

I don't enjoy new-agey workshops, so I won't be attending this one. Personally, I get much more out of good, book-based instruction. As a result, I feel rather ripped-off by the incompleteness of this book. That one reviewer is right: just go to the website and you can learn everything the book has to say.

(Hide Review...)  Quite a useful concept with 2 question marks
Reviewer Permalink
I enjoyed this book quite a bit and learned a lot. I also think there are other approaches that would produce similar results. No need to constantly say "I forgive you."

Just focus your attention on Divine Love or God and see God in everything and everyone.

My "question mark" is why is Dr. Hew Len advocates the eating of hamburgers as being healthy or a kind thing to do? It seems he has absolutely no awareness of the tortuous lives these animals have to go through to become his enjoyable hamburger.

I suspect if all of Americans fully understood what happens to animals that they end up eating, that at least 50% of them would become instant vegetarians.

Factory farmed animals are treated as bad if not worse than Hitler treated the people in his concentration camps. I just can't believe with all of the people he's contacted that Dr. Len hasn't learned this and all of the hormones, antibiotics and non foods these animals are fed.

Then he makes the ridiculous assertion that he can eat anything he wants and it won't negatively harm him and that everyone else can do the same. All they have to do is do the clearing process with the food they're about to eat and they'll be 100% safe.

Unfortunately that's pure nonsense. I tried it out and it didn't work. Trust me I wouldn't limit myself to raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds if I had no physical consequences to eating cooked foods. But there are grave consequences to health and Dr. Hew and certainly Dr. Vitale are victims of the foods they eat.

What he's basically saying is that he could bless cyanide and then consume it without being killed. Because most of the foods people in the Western World eat are poisons. Slow poisons maybe, but they are poisons and certainly not natural foods or natural to the human diet.

Plus I can tell by looking at pictures of Dr. Hew that he's suffering the side effects of his poor eating and he's not even aware of it.

I know these things because I'm a Radiant Health Coach and I know the results that eating a certain kind of diet produces in people, from a visual perspective. I've seen hundreds of people before going raw and after.

They look completely different after being on a raw food only diet for a long enough time. There are telltale physical signs of people who eat cooked food.

I've read so many spiritually focused books where the author claims that what they eat has nothing to do with their health and yet I can just look at their pictures and see all of the damage done to their bodies by their diet.

So although this book has many valid points, it's not coming from someone who is right in every instance. What I'm trying to say is not to take this as a religion or Dr. Hew Len as some sort of a Messiah.

If you do that you can gain much from the book. And I don't think you need to go to a special Ho'oponopono training to use the principles discussed in this book as other reviewers have suggested.

There are multiple techniques that are revealed in the book and they do work. I'm sure the training would be enlightening, but anyone with just a little spiritual background can see the value in the concepts and ideas given in the book.

You can read the book itself and never go to one of the trainings and you could experience miraculous changes in your own life.

(Hide Review...)  Another huge step in humanity's awakening!

I know that many people had complaints about this book and Joe Vitale. I think that the saying, "You will find what you're looking for" really applies here. If you want to find a great life-changing tool - it's here. If you want to find every little incident that will reinforce your belief that Vitale is just out to sell you something - you'll find it.

I thought this book was WONDERFUL! I have read it completely three times and each time I find a little bit of information I overlooked the time before.

Yes, we all know that Joe Vitale is a successful businessman and he absolutely does give web addresses for items he or others are selling that he thinks the reader may be interested in, but he really seems to sincerely care for humanity and this book shows that side of him.

Some have commented that Dr. Len has articles online and because the stories he told in those articles is exactly what was published in this book, they feel that Joe Vitale just copied those stories in his book. I would like to call those people ignorant! I have personally listened to the seminars that Dr. Len did with Vitale and I heard him tell the same stories in each of those instances also. Dr. Len says upfront in one of those seminar recordings that he will tell the same stories again and again, until everyone "gets it". It makes perfect sense, if someone hasn't heard a story you have to tell and it drives home a point you're trying to make, would you neglect telling it just because you have told it before?

One person even accused Vitale of lying about being friends with Dr. Len - again, if you take a little time and search the internet, you can access some of the recordings of the seminars where Dr. Len has talked about everything published in this book and he even refers to Joe as his friend. Also, Dr. Len actually recorded his parts for the audiobook version of Zero Limits.

There is plenty of good information about Ho'oponopono online that is free. Saying "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, Thank you", as your ongoing self-talk will help everyone's life enormously. You don't need to buy this book, but it certainly will help you to understand WHY those phrases will improve your life and how to take responsibility for your life completely. It will also be a book that will calm you as it is read.

Even though every detail of the Ho'oponopono process isn't revealed, little nuggets of information are revealed as different experiences are given.

No, this book doesn't give you every single detail about Ho'oponopono. It costs less than $17 - if you want to learn EVERYTHING about this wonderful method then you should be prepared to pay several hundred dollars and go to a seminar. If you don't have the time or money for that, this book is a great introduction to Ho'oponopono and applying what you learn here can really help you to improve your life with no further information other than what is in this book.

Ask yourself, are you really interested in taking 100% responsibility for your life and ready to start making positive changes in you that will actually affect everyone around you? If your answer is "yes" then you will love this book! If you're not, you can go back to your comfortable life with all of your beliefs and continue as you were. We all have to make our own decisions.

I personally feel that the information in this book has changed my life more than any other book I've ever read. Thank you to Joe Vitale and Ihaleakala Hew Len!

Zero Limits offers an inside view of the workings of Ho'oponopono as it is practiced by Dr. Hew Len. Joe Vitale seems to be the writer taking what he has learned from his association and experience with Dr. Hew Len. The book is clear, easy to read and understand. It is based on the experiences of Dr. Hew Len and Joe Vitale. I would prefer a little less of Mr. Vitale's ego involvement which slightly detracted from the purity of the practice of ho'oponopono. I'd say a good starting point for familiarizing oneself to this practice of the Hawaiian art of loving unconditionally.

This should be teached in elementary schools, it should be part of the regular educational system, of society in large actually.. Another amazing piece of Joe Vitale's hand, this time with dr. Len..

When I found the first email about Ho'Oponopono in my inbox, I was totally amazed.. because this was what I felt as the missing piece in spirituality in general.. Where most spiritual stuff stay stuck with the I AM principal.. Ho'Oponopono added in my first hunch the following; I Am, Because You Are and Therefor I Am.. Now, you have found yourself an Amazing, Wonderful and Very Powerful Tool to change everything that ever bugged you.. You now have found the missing piece of the puzzle and I'd suggest you read this book over and over again, to fully integrate and apply these techniques.. It will bring you more miracles then you can swallow.. ;-)

(Hide Review...)  Ho'oponopono works!

Although I would not say that the writing in this book is top notch and unfortunately found the organization of it to be a bit choppy, what I was able to glean from the information and put into practice in my own life has quickly made a difference for me. I see demonstrations of ho'oponopono daily. Many of them are small but amazing - my dog, who freaks out when other dogs are near and for years has been a pain to take on a walk, now calmly walks on a leash around the neighborhood with me; a doorlock that several people said was stuck suddenly unlocked as I approached it saying "I'm sorry, forgive me, I love you"; the DMV had no line and I was able to complete my business with them in 15 minutes - and everyone that worked there was so nice! A larger demonstration for me was that I was recently offered the job that I have wanted for a long time but have repeatedly been turned down for!
The biggest piece described in this book for me to understand (and I'm still working on it!!) is that we cannot control what happens, but must trust that by cleaning, the correct and balanced thing will manifest. In other words, just because I think that I need a financial windfall to solve a mortgage dilemma I am facing does not mean that by using the mantra described in the book that I will get a big check in the mail. Instead, once I "cleaned" on the problem, solutions were presented that had nothing to do with what I had thought was the only way out of my mess!
Zero Limits, in my opinion, is a great introduction to this concept, easy to read and understand. I forgive Joe Vitale's marketing attempts throughout the book because what he has written in collaboration with Dr. Hew Len, is so valuable. In particular, the end of the book with writings from Dr. Len and a step by step suggestions for practice are what I return to again and again. Ho'oponopono is well worth putting into practice in your life.
I'm sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

I have always had trouble with the "law of attraction" as it is presented in the popular book, The Secret, because I found that I don't always attract the specific thing I am focusing on. Often, I attract something that is even better that what I thought I wanted - something that is more fulfilling, and something that is always in the best interests of everybody. Up to now, the only book that ever explained to me why the universe seems to have a mind of its own, is Row, Row, Row Your Boat: A Guide For Living Life In The Divine Flow by Steven Lane Taylor. But now there's Zero Limits by Joe Vitale. I love this book because, like Mr. Taylor's, it clearly explains the difference between intention and inspiration . . . and it shows how love is the "real secret" for manifesting a wonderful life. I recommend both of these books.

For something more authentic, try Max Freedom Long:

Huna Prayer
by Max Freedom Long

If I have hurt someone today
With thought or word or deed,
Or failed another in his need,
I now repent.

If I can take those steps again,
Tomorrow will I make amends
And heal with love those hurts.
I do this pledge.

And if a hurt has struck me deep
And no amends are made,
I ask the light to balance all.
I count the debt as paid.

Parental Spirits whom I love,
And who I know love me,
Reach through the door I open wide.
Make clear my path to Thee.

Having never read any of Joe Vitale, I was a little unsure what to expect, my first impressions were not good, the first thing that hits you is the "In your face marketing" the guy does not miss a trick in pushing his other products, it's sell, sell, sell all the way. It gets very annoying, so much so that I almost quit reading it.

However underneath the sales pitch there is a story to be told, but like other reviewers some of it stretches the credulity of the average reader, however with perseverance the book manages to get the message through.

I have no doubt that Ho'oponopono works, it's a very simple process, and this book could have been less than half the size it was!

There could also have been some more real life examples most of the testimonials seemed to come from people who were in the self help movement or the alternative therapy business.

Not a good book, but readable

After this I will never read another one of his books again
