This book claims that such things as garlic, and prayer can help alleviate the common cold and flu. Needless to say, there is zero hard science (peer reviewed studies) showing that being religious has any affect at all on the flu or the common cold. This is pseudo-science.

At one point in the book, the author states something like, "prayer is the foundation of health". Whhhat ??? Is that what they teach at medical school ?

If you want to spend $ 14.95 on this book and take its message to heart, go right ahead. But I am just saying, this is pure rubbish.
