This version is closer to the CD of Raffi songs that my kids listen to.
The pictures are excellent -it's easy to make up new stories to go along with the original text.

I read all the reviews before I ordered this book and it sounded great. However, when I first took it out of the box I thought I must have ordered the wrong book - could this little book be the one everyone on Amazon raved about? The answer is - YES! My 14 month old son loves it when we read (correction: sing) this book to him and asks us to do so over and over. The illustrations are full of little details that he loves to study and point out: apples rolling on the floor of the bus, dog licking the driver's face, etc. A wonderful little book!

This is a fun book to read and act out. We sing the song, bounce with the bus, tell everyone to move on back with the driver, etc. The book is very little, which makes it good for carrying around but a little harder to see the details of the pictures.

My daugther loves this book. It is a great book that promotes early literacy, great rhyming, makes her laugh and smile everytime we sing this song.

I love this book. My four month old grandson loves it also. It is small enough for his little hands.He turns the pages for me . In one word GREAT!

My daughter is 18 months old and this is her favorite book. She brings it to me to read 10 times a day. It also happens to be her favorite song. It's fun and I highly recommend this sturdy little board book.

My 14-month old grandson loved this book. Maybe it's because it's usually read in a "sing-song" way but he had us read it to him over and over. He actually sat still while it was being read and that doesn't always happen!!! I would recommend it for young children. I read it to my own children. It will be around for a long time.

My 11 month old LOVES this book! I read/sing it to him every day while he moves to the rhythm and looks at the pictures. The illustrations are really great and the size of the book is perfect for little hands.

This has become my 19 month old grandson's favorite. He has to hear it read and sang to him every day.

Our 18 month old grandson Loves, Loves Loves this book- We sing the song and do the motions when we read this book to him while we are trying to potty train him. It is so colorful and each page is full of people and objects.
A good size book for grandson to hold onto and look at. He loves the middle page the best where there are so many different kinds of trucks, and cars.

This book is a must read for my son every day. He would sing with us when we read him this book and he loves it every time we pull it off the shelve to read to him :) I highly recommended this!

This is a good, durable book. I have fun singing the song as I flip the pages for my 10-month-old. He seems to enjoy it too. Great choice!

I bought this book for my one year old and she loves it. It is just long enough to hold her attention, most of the time, and she likes to look at the pictures as I make the hand motions. The pages are thick and sturdy and it looks as if it will hold up well to alot of use. Purchase one for a toddler in your life! Its fun to read together.

My 2 yr old son loves this book. He's started to sing along with me and act out the narrative too. It definitely holds his interest and it's the perfect size to slide into the diaper bag for car trips.

I got this book for my little nephew and it's very sturdy and the colors are vivid.
