How ironic that this book should come out this year! Not just another baseball book full of mind-numbing statistics, this book really brings the culture of Chicago and the Cubs alive. It looks deeply into some of the things that have made the Cubs so well-loved and fills in the history of how we came to 2008 with no World Series title for 100 years. If you love the Cubs or love Chicago history, I am sure you will really enjoy this book!
