The updated Cat Who Cookbook is perfect for any Cat Who fanatic. On first inspection, I expected the recipes to be more difficult than they actually are. I look forward to making my favorite character's signature dishes at my next family gathering. And of course sharing the stories that accompany the food!

If you're a fan of "The Cat Who..." book series, you will find the cookbook really enjoyable. I've read only five of the books, yet feel like I know the people, the cats, the shops, restaurants, etc. like it's my own community.

Recipes are taken from the 28 "The Cat Who..." books. Each cookbook chapter is from one of those books. And lines from the book are interlaced with the recipes, "I cannot tell a lie," Qwilleran said. "I had dessert, but I'm willing to overlook that fact and apply myself to apricot squares."(followed by the Apricot Squares recipe). I found this especially delightful.

I like this cookbook's design as much as the recipes.
